As far as the color is concerned, I usually go for a dark brunette. Again multiple times in spite of letting my stylist know that I do not like the red undertones, my stylist just decided to give me exactly what I did not want. So while I love the ladies at this place, I just can't seem to get what I want here and am no longer willing to make a compromise for the price I pay. I get it- my head is topped by an alarming nest of multi-colored and textured stuff that I am asking you to put into shape. That being said, I am a fairly forgiving client. I was happy that this Super Cuts location was able to see me on a Saturday morning, and requested a shampoo, cut and dry. The shampoo was for the stylist, my hair was clean, but because it was so long since I had it done, maybe 8 months, I wanted her to have the best look at it in all it's quarantined glory. She did not introduce herself, and I hate that. When I have to ask the name of the person working for me, I may as well just call you "Person working for me"- pretty offensive, right? Tell me your name and we can be cordial and maybe even friendly. Shampoo was 20 seconds long, then to the chair. I showed person working for me a picture and asked if my hair lengths could be cut to that layered bob- if not, go ahead and trim it to whatever she thought best, just neaten everything. She did cut it into a nice looking bob, except when we were all done, I thought it careless of her to not show me the back... UNTIL I GOT HOME. The back is blunt cut and will not curl under, no matter what I do. Additionally, there are some uneven cuts on the left- if I don't give the ends a hard curl under when drying, some pieces about 1/2 inch longer hang down. I am of the belief that if you send food back at a restaurant with complaints about the doneness or quality, bad things can happen. Along those lines, I don't return to a hair salon for repairs. The stylist knows what (s)he has done, and is not "thankful for the opportunity to make corrections". It's okay, I have hats, just wish I had not tipped 30%. Lesson learned, I need to be more forceful about that rearview mirror before leaving a salon next time. And, if the stylist doesn't introduce, maybe ask for someone else who has a name.

I said the the lady at the desk I thought I was next. She said he had an appointment. And I replied he was 20 minutes late you heard him tell you that. I was told I would be next. Stay away for supercuts in Westford!!!
