I will start off with a disclaimer- since the onset of the COVID 19 pandemic, this is only my third hair styling. I get it- my head is topped by an alarming nest of multi-colored and textured stuff that I am asking you to put into shape. That being said, I am a fairly forgiving client. I was happy that this Super Cuts location was able to see me on a Saturday morning, and requested a shampoo, cut and dry. The shampoo was for the stylist, my hair was clean, but because it was so long since I had it done, maybe 8 months, I wanted her to have the best look at it in all it's quarantined glory. She did not introduce herself, and I hate that. When I have to ask the name of the person working for me, I may as well just call you "Person working for me"- pretty offensive, right? Tell me your name and we can be cordial and maybe even friendly. Shampoo was 20 seconds long, then to the chair. I showed person working for me a picture and asked if my hair lengths could be cut to that layered bob- if not, go ahead and trim it to whatever she thought best, just neaten everything. She did cut it into a nice looking bob, except when we were all done, I thought it careless of her to not show me the back... UNTIL I GOT HOME. The back is blunt cut and will not curl under, no matter what I do. Additionally, there are some uneven cuts on the left- if I don't give the ends a hard curl under when drying, some pieces about 1/2 inch longer hang down. I am of the belief that if you send food back at a restaurant with complaints about the doneness or quality, bad things can happen. Along those lines, I don't return to a hair salon for repairs. The stylist knows what (s)he has done, and is not "thankful for the opportunity to make corrections". It's okay, I have hats, just wish I had not tipped 30%. Lesson learned, I need to be more forceful about that rearview mirror before leaving a salon next time. And, if the stylist doesn't introduce, maybe ask for someone else who has a name. read more

Stopped in on 6/11 for a hair cut. I was the only person waiting for a hair cut. One of the Stylist was finishing up. A person came in and said he was sorry was 20 minutes for his appointment. The stylis finished up and they took that person who was 20 minutes late. I said the the lady at the desk I thought I was next. She said he had an appointment. And I replied he was 20 minutes late you heard him tell you that. I was told I would be next. Stay away for supercuts in Westford!!! read more

Westford Valley Marketplace 175 Littleton Rd, Westford, MA 01886 I usually never complain, because it's only hair, and it can always grow back - this attitude worked for me in the past and helped me to survive a few first weeks of growing my hair back after even not very satisfactory cuts... so, I usually show a picture to any available stylist and ask them to do their best... however, I was very pleasantly surprised during this visit, because Arielle Lichtenstein did absolutely outstanding job, and I really don't remember the time when I was this happy with the results... complaint against supercuts 174 littleton road in westford ma (978)692-9203. the plaza next to family dental and joann fabric stores. on 8/14/21 i went online to schedule my daughter a wash, cut, and blow dry. online supercuts hair salon website said the supper cut lll was a wash, cut and blow dry starting at $34.00 and it would take 30 mins. when we walked in one lady took my daughter to wash her hair. as they were walking back i told the other lady i would like to pay. she was rude to me and said the $34.00 is for the first 15 mins and it would be $6.00 every minute after that. i stopped everything. they were going to charge me $34.00 for 15 mins. then the other 15 mins would of been $90.00 which totals $124.00 for a wash, cut, and blow dry. as my daughter and i were leaving they started to laugh at me and i told them to look on yelp. i have never been treated that way. i dont want anyone else to fall victim to the outrageous prices that are not displayed on thier website. i rate supercuts in westford ma a zero no stars from me. i took my daughter to another hair salon and they were nice, took my daughter right way and their prices were up front, and the employee's were wonderful. this place is great clips at 9 cornerstone square. if you want a great experience for you or your child i would go to great clips in westford ma. there staff are polite and their prices are reasonable. they would not let me post this if i didn't give a star. so the star is only up there so i can post this complaint. supercuts still gets zero stars from me read more

I remember as a kid going with mom and my cousins to the local corner hair salon to get our hair cut, theirs colored and when I was really lucky- my ears pierced too! Over time those family friendly corner salons disappeared and high end expensive places took over. Super Cuts started showing up but nothing really local and it wasn't yet as established as a go to place for quality cuts. I'm thrilled to admit that I am now a customer for life. After spending insane amounts of money for a "fancy" salon to style my pixie cut over the years and being treated less than personal, I had enough. I was in a rush one day and stopped in to the Westford location and discovered AMANDA W. I haven't looked back! I have since dragged both my parents and my sister and my best friend. We are loyal Amanda customers. She treats us like family and is a true talent with color! I threw away all my box color and will never color at home again. ...And that's coming from someone who's been coloring her own hair since 1996!! I always get compliments on my hair style and color and I'm proud to say go to Supercuts in Westford! Everyone that I send in leaves feeling beautiful! When asked what sort of cut they should get, I tell them to just let Amanda do her thing, she is an artist! I have never left this Supercuts disappointed with my haircut- I've been there dozens of times. They are all are professional, fast, cheap, and do exactly what I need. My family goes here regularly and my youngest sister raved about her cut from Amanda. I went on a Sunday, maybe early afternoon. The wait was very short. The hair I walked in with was frizzy with awful splits end, pulled into an "I have kids and don't have time to do my hair" ponytail. I really didn't know what kind of style to get, but Amanda asked all the right questions and gave me an easy, layered cut that still looks amazing , even in todays wet weather. Tried to check in on-line and it says 0 min wait. I book and it shows 45 min after the time. You get there and they have to put you at the bottom of line! You get there and it's going to be 30 min wait. And guess what? There's only one person being served... (and 3 doing nothing). This is the worst system ever! I'm a long time customer of the Yankee Clipper Barbershop (in both Chelmsford and Littleton). But had a bad experience with them yesterday in Littleton due to me getting there 10 minutes before closing and them refusing to cut my hair. Then I went to Great Clips in Westford and had the exact same experience because their normal hours are 8pm, but they said they were closing early at 6pm, and even though I got there at 5:50, they said they were already starting to cash out the register and refused to cut my hair Two similar and very frustrating experiences at two different barber / hair cutting shops in the same day. Anyway, after getting pissed off at Great Clips, I drove over to SuperCuts in Westford as quickly as I could. It's in the plaza diagonally across the street and there is a traffic light in between. It was 1:54 by the time I left Great Clips and Supercuts was closing at 6pm. I must have drove there and walked in the door at 5:58. And after my previous two experiences earlier in the day, I sheepishly walked in and said "Can I get my hair cut?" Here it was a totaly different experience. I got a "Sure! What's your name?". Like night a day from my two previous experiences earlier that day. Anyway, while I was on the chair getting my hair cut I was telling the 3 barbers / hair dressers that were left at Super Cuts about my two experiences earlier in the day. And they totally agreed with me. They said that if someone walks in one second before closing, they cut their hair. Anyway, it was good to find a business that aligned with my thinking. Besides the hours of operation thing, my haircut was great too. We had some great conversation. And my hair turned out just as I like it. She did a great job. So BRAVO to Supercuts in Westford. Shockingly poor experience. Called ahead and was told they could take my elderly mom in 45 minutes. Showed up on time only to be told to wait 15 minutes. After that time lapsed we were very rudely and without apologies told to wait another 30 minutes to one hour. We saw walk-ins going ahead of us. Don't know about the quality of the stylists, but the business seems very poorly managed and customer service was so very, very shoddy. read more

Rearranged my work schedule to make it but when I arrived, I was told that there was only one stylist and she was already booked for that time, even though it was 2:45 on the dot and no other customers in the place besides myself. The lady who took me told me she was the manager so I was super excited because I knew I was going to get the best service considering she was the manager but unfortunately I was wrong. My hair looked awful and I was just disappointed because as a manager I would expect good work and instead it wasn't. read more

Today I called ahead and made an appointment with them, they took my name and told me to come in for 1220.
