Instead of issuing a refund, the merchant attempted to push a replacement product. I clearly requested cancellation and a full refund multiple times, but my requests were not addressed. Communication became increasingly poor, and eventually the merchant stopped responding altogether. No item was ever shipped, and no tracking information was provided. I was left with no choice but to open a dispute with my payment provider to prevent further charges. This lack of transparency, combined with poor communication and failure to process a refund, made the entire experience frustrating. Based on my experience, I would not recommend ordering from this merchant.
