Here is my happy story: My teapot broke. While it does not rank as a heart wrenching event, I…read morewas very fond of it. The party responsible found its replica, plus cups, saucers and other paraphernalia on Craig's List. I live on the West Coast and the tea set was owned by a gentleman outside Syracuse NY who told me he was too old and cranky to pack and ship things, so I would have to swing by and pick it up. So I called John (he picked up the phone on the third ring) and he put Joyce on the job. Four days later, I had my tea set, packed immaculately by Joyce, box clearly marked "fragile." This is why small businesses such as the well-named "Green Light" are the backbone of our communities. The price, considering the service & labor involved, was reasonable. I would trust John and his team with any shipping and packing job, or even random local "favor" I needed.
