The office sent out a young gentleman named Pat, who diagnosed the problem, got the proper parts to fix the toilet from his truck, and completed the job in a short time period. He cleaned up the area he worked on and made sure everything worked perfectly before he left. The charge for the visit, the parts and the labor was quite reasonable. I definitely will call BODEK again!! I am delighted with their service.

This was not an easy task, but they certainly knew what they were doing. They carefully removed 3 sidewalk blocks, then replaced them perfectly. They backfilled the area, and preformed yard restoration with seed and straw. All of our neighbors were beyond impressed! The workers were knowledgeable and very polite. We had contacted two other contractors regarding this job, both estimates were higher than Bodek. I asked our landscaper who he'd recommend and he stated, "If you want it done right, go with Bodek!" I've worked with Barrie each time, and he has been invaluable with his help in correcting problems before they appeared. For instance, I had some typos on one of my table of contents that he caught before printing. That could have been embarrassing, and he saved my butt! He was also very helpful in fixing an issue that I was having with full page bleeds. And printing is fast! I've been able to drop off files and have printed booklets the following day. I also had some trickier prints, such as prints on vellum and transparency, that they were able to handle beautifully. Also, prices are very very reasonable. When I walked in (complaining about my difficulties finding shoes) I was immediately asked to step on this contraption showing locations of high pressure on your foot and your foot type (arched/flat footed). After this, I was recommended a pair of shoes and several inserts and tried them all on. I did not leave with anything because he didn't have a large selection based on what was recommended, and since the shoes were a little pricey, I wanted the "perfect" shoe if I was going to spend a lot. Despite this, I would recommend going here since the service is good (much better than a shoe store in the mall) and the shoes are better quality.
