I felt horrible asking for changes (she did exactly what I had asked for, it turned out I didn't like what I asked for), but she kept telling me that it's too important of an occasion, they HAD to be perfect! That was very comforting! She even worked on them, sending me proofs well after hours! The next day they were closed, but she took them to her other business and let me pick them up there. Did I mention ACCOMMODATING??? The price was way lower than I expected for such quality work and amazing service. I am thankful and grateful!

Her attention is on you, and she gives you the best, honest options. I left her store the first time with a beautiful vintage ring. I returned with an heirloom (my M-I-L's wedding band, which had been cut off her finger in the hospital). I asked Jess for custom solution for the ring that could become an heirloom in our family. Jess was thoughtful and considerate of what this piece would mean to us. She came up with a simple and cost effective solution to make it into a pendant. Upon first seeing the completed the necklace, my heart filled with joy. I'd held onto the platinum ring for years. Jess even made sure the original engraving was kept intact.
