I could email what I needed to her and she would print them for me, but she had a few jobs before mine or I could email them to a self serve copy machine and I could do them. The young lady looked at me and said no worries I will walk you though the steps. Within a short time the print job was done. I've had an awful experience with this facility. They keep bungling receipt of FedEx packages…read moredelivered to them on my behalf. Previously, they couldn't find the package for three days after it was delivered. The latest incident involves them inexplicably rejecting delivery from FedEx of a very important and time sensitive package. The staff in a deadpan, nonchalant and incredible manner claimed that my company's name was not on the package, even though my first name, last name, address and mailbox # were clearly stated on it. FedEx apparently made multiple attempts at delivery and each time Pack & Mail rejected it. FedEx subsequently returned the package to the sender. Pack & Mail had only one easy job, and they couldn't do it!

Every time I call this branch every single employee that I have spoken to has given me some form of…read moreattitude or frustration with the most minor questions. I have experienced the same issue going in person and it is quite frustrating. I understand working at a post office is probably a very stressful job, especially around the holiday season but those of us who are coming in there have our own stresses and frustrations too. I have never once taken my frustration out on an employee doing their job especially considering I work in healthcare so I have a very stressful job as well. I genuinely dread having to call or go to my local post office in Vestal since I'm treated like a nuisance.
