Previously, they couldn't find the package for three days after it was delivered. The latest incident involves them inexplicably rejecting delivery from FedEx of a very important and time sensitive package. The staff in a deadpan, nonchalant and incredible manner claimed that my company's name was not on the package, even though my first name, last name, address and mailbox # were clearly stated on it. FedEx apparently made multiple attempts at delivery and each time Pack & Mail rejected it. FedEx subsequently returned the package to the sender. Pack & Mail had only one easy job, and they couldn't do it!
