After weeks he said claim was denied , I sent him pic of envelop to contest the claim. I have had no email or phone response since, he won't call me and he answers the phone and says this is not Sean but I know it is. I have experienced the same issue going in person and it is quite frustrating. I understand working at a post office is probably a very stressful job, especially around the holiday season but those of us who are coming in there have our own stresses and frustrations too. I have never once taken my frustration out on an employee doing their job especially considering I work in healthcare so I have a very stressful job as well. Turn around times have been fast, the quality excellent, and the service impeccable. I've worked with Barrie each time, and he has been invaluable with his help in correcting problems before they appeared. For instance, I had some typos on one of my table of contents that he caught before printing. That could have been embarrassing, and he saved my butt! He was also very helpful in fixing an issue that I was having with full page bleeds. And printing is fast! I've been able to drop off files and have printed booklets the following day. I also had some trickier prints, such as prints on vellum and transparency, that they were able to handle beautifully. Also, prices are very very reasonable. I could email what I needed to her and she would print them for me, but she had a few jobs before mine or I could email them to a self serve copy machine and I could do them. The young lady looked at me and said no worries I will walk you though the steps. Within a short time the print job was done.
