HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE…read more I had a stroke and my DR sent me here. I called a month ago and scheduled and gave all my info and insurance. They said I was FINE. Today I was dropped off by hopelink since I can't drive. And I went in to my appointment. Im not able to drive at the moment. I walked in the door. No greetings or warm smile. Just some person that looked like he was in high-school or just graduated that very very rudely said "ummm who are you?" Then wouldn't let me walk over to him and put up his hand to stop me from coming closer. I told him my name. I am disabled and it was very awkward. I wasn't loud enough apparently so he got annoyed and sighed frustrated with me and wheeled his laptop closer to me. I showed him the text they sent me confirming my appointment. He sighed annoyed again at me. Then looked at his schedule. Then he said he saw a note saying my insurance was out of network. Im on medcaide so this didn't make sense . They told me on the phone that it was fine. They never called me and told me prior to my appointment. The kids kept being RUDE and could care less that I was stranded there for the next hour to stand outside waiting for my pick up ride. This is the worst physical therapy with the rudest teenager working here.

I have gone 3 times and I have felt hugeeeee progress with the exercises, warm ups, proper ways of strengthening, conditioning, an injured part. I was referred to Southcenter Spine & Wellness Center by a friend and underwent a program for rehabilitation. Throughout the whole process, Dr. Virk and Dr. Sahota were consultative and helpful -- not just with a treatment plan but also with how to navigate the insurance and legal procedures. Although the pain was concentrated in my neck and upper beck, the doctors helped my whole being by also adjusting and massaging other parts of my body I didn't realize needed attention, such as my lower back and upper chest.
