Instead, he gave me exercises which didn't help at all with my pain. When my doctor found out after 3 weeks he hadn't done any of the treatments she referred me for, she was not happy. She referred me to a different ATI location, and after 3 weeks of the actual treatments she wanted my ankle was much better. Also, both locations were pretty run-down and their equipment was pretty old.

He was able to determine there was nothing abnormal, but didn't really have too much else to say except she'll eventually grow out of it (which we knew) and can continue or not continue activity at her own judgement. What I wanted to point out is the extreme pricing of the appointment. Be aware before you take any type of equipment from them or at least ask about cost of service/item. They charged $155 for a very janky night splint, where you can get one of much higher quality on Amazon or other sellers for a mere $25. The @15 minute "low-complexity" appointment was $250. The only thing not ridiculously priced was the radiographs, but these were still over $100. If you have foot problems, and are unsure if your insurance will cover all costs, you may want to shop around before you choose this location.

Only one person has called me back, however, she didn't actually make the appointment. She was supposed to call me back, I believe she was looking for a sooner one. (I actually had that appointment penciled in!) Not a word. I agree, I should follow up as well, but I have had a devastating month and have failed to "follow up" on a few things. If someone is going to be making suggestions as to best treat my spine, I want to get not only 2, but 3 opinions! The other is lined up just fine, completely different facility. They called me right away. Now it will be months before I can get into Proliance. It was actually down the same week, two days before the one at the other place. My phone updated and I lost many notifications and appointments, but it was definitely down! Now they have no record of it. Just great.

Both my husband and I have had this surgery and both of us have very successful procedures. Its been a couple of years ago for both of us and we still do a few of our bands exercises. While is was a long and painful recovery we were both well taken of. Physical therapy is a very important part of a successful recovery. Much of how well you do afterwards is on you. People who we have talked with saying they had still had pain after a long while admit they have not continued their exercises. If you have shoulder pain do see Dr. Arntz. No BS. He says it straight and explains everything very clearly. If you need it get it done but keep doing your PT. Its like cheating on a test. You only hurt yourself. You can have full confidence in Dr. Arntz. We do.

Why can't proliance figure out what is wrong after 16 visits, while another practice takes two visits. I regret ever walking in the doors of proliance. So many better practices in the area. You people stole years of my life and my shoulder might never be the same.
