After multiple visits with Dr. Becker, I would not recommend her. She is a doctor more interested in selling you other services they provide than dealing with your issue. I was not diagnosed correctly and it was recommended that I do further testing and get some injections. I then left and went to another dermatologist and was prescribed a cream for my skin irritation that solved the issue. Will not return there. read more

I was new patient. I visited the office 1st time for allergy consultation. office is very clean. While I got my allergy tests. Technician walked to me and say " you need to move your car and if you want to plug in your car you can drive to the hospital and plug in like other people " I walked with all my arms poked and hives all over to my car my charger was thrown on the ground. I couldn't drive to the hospital to plug in my electric car bcos it would take me 20 minutes to walk back. I came to this office to get allergy tests and it cost $1500 for 1 hour I was here. Electric car fully charged won't cost more than $5 Being " customers service industry " doesn't seem like " that technician " has any in herself. She has no thoughtful and kind at all. After I was done receptionist asked if I would make appointment for next allergy test. I said I would never come back here no more. I've been to many doctor offices I plugged in my car. I saw the PA for an appointment and I found this practice to be disorganized. The initial scheduling, check-in, and the communication with each staff member throughout the appointment was disorganized, confusing and I did not feel listened to. I called for an appointment while still being at school out of state and the kind receptionist worked with my flights and school schedule to fit me in, both the Bonney Lake and Enumclaw offices are clean and everyone is so nice. I first came to her about 10 years ago, she was a lot less popular than. I was in 5th grade and had got in accident and had to go the ER. My face required 27 stitches. The ER Dr. Called Dr. Becker as facial surgery is a very sensitive and skilled surgery, but she was out of town and said to come to her office the next morning. I went and she took care of me for months, as I had to get shots in my scars to help them be less noticable. Back up to the ER, during my MRI they noticed how swollen my tonsils were, Dr. Decker took care of that. I also had terrible allergies, I had to take an allergy pill every day to help not get a sinus infection. She also took care of that and the many sinus infections I did get. I ended up having about 3 surgery's with her, and they all helped tremendously! read more

I received a misdiagnosis from the PA. Initially, I thought he was going to help me discover the root of my symptoms, but it became clear at the end I was no longer wanted as a patient. (I was told to follow up in a year. No joke - a year.) Side note - I was able to get to the root of the issue with my GP and am doing better now. Had I waited a year to "follow up," my health would've likely gotten WAY worse as I ended up needing antibiotics. I am giving a 3 star rating because I have worked with Dr. Becker in the past and she was great. I wish I would've been able to have seen her when I was dealing with the health issues I came to the clinic for this fall. I do wonder if she would've listened to all my symptoms closely enough to pinpoint the test that would have revealed my condition. read more

Dr. Becker completed surgeries for both my husband and myself in the last few months. I find her to be very personable, friendly, caring and medically knowledgeable. You can tell she's a good employer too because her staff are also friendly and helpful. When calling to make an appointment or request follow-up information the office staff always picked up the phone and I received a phone call back promptly if necessary. Making appointments was reasonably easy as well. I had a date for surgery within two weeks of insurance approval for my surgery. Both my husband and I received top notch care before and after surgery. The clinic has a very good system for pre and after care. We each received no less than two phone calls after the surgery checking up on us, including one from the doctor herself. When when we had to call to ask questions a nurse or the Doctor was on the phone to help. The billing department is easy to work with as well. They will call your insurance for the fees and out of pocket expenses, if any. I will be returning for allergy care and will always recommend Dr. Becker for allergy, ear, nose and throat care. I just can't say enough about the Becker Clinic, I wish I could have given it more stars. read more

This clinic was recommended by a few friends so my husband began going there in June 2018 for allergy treatment. They were very helpful in referring him to get help for sleep apnea, and in treating him for his allergies. Then we got the bill, a really big bill. At first I didn't think much of it and eventually paid it off. Then we recently got another statement. I looked much closer and called the billing department for some clarity. Let's just say it was an expensive lesson to learn. Make sure to ask BEFORE your treatment what the cost will be. I feel we were taken advantage of. read more

Well I was going to let the hour and fifteen minute wait time go since the PA was so nice while I was in there..... Until today. I had an appt for 3pm yesterday, showed up at 2:45 as instructed to fill out paperwork. By 4pm I was still sitting in the waiting area while many others who arrived after me were called back. I sat directly in front of the receptionists who you'd think would notice I was an hour past my appt time but no. So I then ask them if they are running late or if I was missed. Finally at 4:15 I'm called back where I'm told my file was "lost" and that the same thing happened the day prior. HORRIBLE! But as I talk with the very nice physician's assistant I let it go because I know things can get busy. I tell him about the object stuck in my throat and he uses a scope/camera to look through my nose into my throat. He says there is nothing, just a scratch. I then put my finger right on the object in which he still tells me no, there is nothing there - textbook case of a scratch. The "poke" I'm feeling is the scratch. Well then today, 6/1/16, I'm at work and it is noticeably worse so I reach in there and what do you know but the "poky thing" is much longer now. So I spend some time and get the object out , a bbq bristle - exactly what I told the office was stuck in there. I'm am horrified and angry that I spent so much time in that office only to have diagnosed and treated myself. Too bad they'll get the money from the insurance company instead of me! While I give this doctors office a 2 star rating it's for a good reason. I went in with bad allergies and being unable to pop my ears. They discovered I have a bad ear infection in my left ear that has been there for quite sometime. I'm thankful that they found it and have me on the proper medication to cure it. The 2 star rating is do to the fact that being a doctors office they should be the ones calling your insurance to verify what's covered at what cost. They want to do an allergy test on me and said they didn't want to do the blood test, but the 85 little shots. They gave me what they call is homework (a script of questions) to ask my insurance along with the codes they use. Now, I will not be coming back to this office because never in my life have I been asked to do someone else's job at a doctors office. There are plenty of staff that appear to just like to chit chat up front who could be verifying insurance plans for patients to see what's covered! The only reason this office gets a 2 star is because they figured out the reason for my constant ear pain! read more

I really wanted to like this medical facility, but our family had such a terrible first impression that we will not be going back. First of all, we waited 40 minutes after our scheduled appointment time before we decided to inquire about our appointment. We were told that they had no MA available to see us due to an emergency they had before we even got there. Why they chose not to tell us this info when we checked-in is a wonder! My husband and I both took off work this morning for this appointment, only to be told that they had no idea when we would be able to be seen. I asked if it would be sometime in the next hour, and the response I got was, "I have no idea." Really!! I understand there was an emergency, but they should have informed us right away about the delay so we could have had the option to reschedule, rather then keep us waiting around for who knows how long!! Front desk, older lady with the dark brown hair, and tan leather/wrinkly skin was incredibly rude to us, no empathy, no real apology, just attitude... Lady, if you can't keep it together under stressful situations, you are working in the wrong field! Only positive thing I can say about this place, was that the RN was very kind and he genuinely felt bad!! read more

very friendly staff and doctor. our first time here and and we are quite satisfied with the level of customer service so far. we showed up and checked in, was sent to bottom floor where we were greeted at the elevator by a nursing staff-she walked us to our waiting room and went over the forms with us. The anesthesiologist and doctor both came in and met with us before the procedure and soon after it was time to part ways. The procedure should take about 40 minutes! Ever since we started seeing the ENT everyone who works for this office has been so kind and caring! read more
