My last visit they had to nitrogen a spot they admitted they missed on my last visit and then charged me for it anyway even though she checked her notes to confirm it was the same spot and that she missed it. My insurance covers it, but the principle to overcharge is simply their MO. They also falsified their notes (per billing) and claimed they told me "the wart would take multiple treatments?!" ... it wasn't a wart but I am sure that is how they get away with over-billing. So disappointing. ... the list could go on with this place, but just know, they want to fill appointments but don't care about patient care. Doctors don't call back, concerns are disregarded (unless they can charge). I will never go back, I am over it.

I have intense hyperpigmentation that was making me feel like older than I was - and just makes me look TIRED all the time. My skin is so much less RUDDY looking now. I'm also insane about sunscreen so you can't exactly not take care of yours skin between sessions. Overall great experience and will likely go back for touch ups!

I got ultrasound and MRI to ensure it could be visualized. After what was a definitely more complex procedure with a lot of scraping I was majorly swollen for months. Now almost 5 months later I visited Dr M to indicate I was not too happy with the scar and continued swelling which has come down from the golf ball size it was to where it is now. I was told that I should speak to a psychiatrist since I am clearly fussing over nothing and maybe I just have psychological problems because nothing is visible and it has healed really well. Upon arriving at 8:45, I was checked in by very nice, helpful people and before I was done with the check in they were waiting to take me back to the exam room. The exam was through and professional and a treatment plan was created. I had to call later in the day to clarify my prescription and they answered the phone and answered my question. The whole office was upbeat, professional, their follow up was great and if it hadn't been for my medical condition, it was a joy to be there.
