Hopefully no future injuries but if I do I will definitely be seeing Tito, Danny, and their great support staff such as Jessie.

He varied the exercises to meet my needs, taught me how to continue the practice at home, and celebrated my success along the way. His enthusiastic personality made the sessions fly by and I always left feeling better than when I'd arrived. The front desk staff were also great. They greeted each client by name upon entering the clinic and made scheduling the twice weekly appointments a breeze. For those of you contemplating rotator cuff surgery, do not try to be a poster child for the quickest recovery - it will take a solid six to 12 months for the repair to heal so don't push it like I did.

This company is the worst medical equipment provider it has ever been my misfortune to deal with…read more It took nine months to get an adjustment for my height. Then when I developed problems, it took three months to get a replacement. The replacement chair never worked properly. I've had service techs come by three times and they get it working long enough to get me to sign off on the work order but the chair breaks down right after they leave. They also blame me for taking the chair out in the rain. THIS IS SEATTLE. IT RAINS A LOT! . Dealing with the corporate office in Texas is Byzantine at best. I've been lied to and subjected to more run-arounds than a race horse. I am allowed a replacement chair in one year, seven months, two weeks and four days. I'm not sure who my next provider will be but it won't be the folks in New Brunsfield Texas.
