They were great on both the telephone and in person. I was made to feel welcome immediacy when I called. They answered all my questions. I needed to purchase some Benjamin Moore paint to do a few touch ups. There are not too many stores that carry that brand. Most people will settle for Home Depot or Lowe's house brands. I purchased my home new which was built 7 years ago and the Benjamin Moore paint looks just about the same as when I moved in. The store is well stocked, everyone was very friendly and wanted to make sure I had everything correct as far as the color goes. Great customer service! I was also greeted immediately, everyone was friendly, engaged in conversation with me, were helpful to other customers as well. Prices ate very fair and the store is clean and bright. The store was COVID-19 ready, everyone had masks on, there were plexiglass partitions up at the counters. I would highly recommend Atlas for all your paint supply needs. Short attention span version: the guys here are professional, quick, helpful, and nice. Now for the rest: I came here looking for a gallon of indoor paint, a small amount of high-gloss white for door jams and such, and some painting supplies. The staff (2 front counter guys and a guy who was running the paint back to get mixed) pointed me toward the paint color chip wall, where I found a massive variety of options. I picked my color, then they explained the various price points and their benefits. Once I picked, they whisked my paint back to mix the color, then helped me pick out my supplies based on what I said I was painting. Great local paint store. The guys know what they were doing and what they have in stock. I ordered a 5 gallon of a Benjamin Moore paint and they were able to get it done in a few minutes and helped deliver it to my car (just outside). Be very careful. I purchased a gallon of paint from them that turned out to be the wrong type. I went back and they refused to exchange it or even work with me. I asked the schmuck behind the counter, why they don't post THEIR POLICY OF NO EXCHANGES ON THE WALL FOR PEOPLE TO CLEARLY SEE, before making a purchase. The clown said it's on the receipt. HOWEVER, the problem is you only get a receipt after you pay, so you have no advance notice and then you're stuck. Typically, I just trust small neighborhood businesses to do what's right. I HAVE MADE PURCHASES IN HERE IN THE PAST WITHOUT A PROBLEM. The purchase was only for $28.30. I would have gladly accepted a store credit and in exchange, they would have gotten a customer for life. Instead, now they have complaints pending with several City agencies. BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU rated them D+ Instead of supporting this local business, I should have gone to Home Depot, which is less expensive and making an exchange would not have been a problem, especially for only $28.30. read more

This place was very friendly and had the feeling of a small town business. There were quite a few employees for a small paint store (I saw at least five) and they all appeared to like each other and where they worked. One guy (Ray, I think his name was) helped me find a color that matched a photo I brought in, and two other guys helped me pick out all the painting supplies I'd need. They didn't try to steer me to the most expensive stuff they had - instead, when I was looking at rollers, they stopped me and said they had some for sale up front.
