Third, they have an awesome outdoor area. Fourth, and this is worth stressing for businesses in Oregon and Washington, they are INDOOR dog friendly! Yes, they don't have an internal kitchen and this decision is precisely why your furry friend doesn't have to die in the cold or get wet in the rain. Only suggestion I really have is it would be great to see a few more options for beer brewed outside the PNW (of course, this is NW Beerwerks so I get it). But seriously, this place is great and you and your hopefully very friendly dog should frequent it.

Such a great place to stop and enjoy beer or beer tasting!…read more They offer flights of 4 from the on tap selection which changes frequently depending on the season. There's so much seating in front, inside at the bar, inside at the nook rooms (it's a house converted to a tap room), as well are more outside seating on the side and in the back! The barstools are lovely and heavy. So sturdy and comfortable for being iron and wood. The service is always friendly and welcoming, offering suggestions and will go out of their way to try and locate a beer if you were looking for something specific (they may just have more in stock in their storage area so don't be afraid to ask if you want a beer that you don't see in the coolers for can/bottle purchase). This is just a great place to relax and enjoy! There's food trucks next door but I'm not sure what their hours are. I was there Sunday in the afternoon and the food trucks were closed. But you can bring in outside food anyway and don't have to rely on just those trucks.

Before i could even finish my sentence saying i forgot my ID and if its ok to show her a picture she cut me off to sternly say "no its never ok, actually" then went on to try to guess my age. We had to get up and leave. I understand not having an ID but she definitely had an attitude that screams i hate my life. Wont be coming back.

Went here for my first ever burlesque show only! Got no food or drinks, but I did walk past the bar…read morewhen I entered, and I love the coziness of it all with the leather couch chairs in a circle. Reminds me of being at home with the set-up. Service was nice! Shoutout to the volunteers holding down the stage and ensuring that tips were being collected after each performance with mindfulness of the audience that they may be in the way of. They even offer exchanges for singles if you brought cash and want to break it. No need to stop by atm if you forgot to do so before the show. 15 minute intermission at the halftime of the 2-hourish burlesque show, which was enough time to do what you need. I think that they have bathroom here, but unsure of the cleanliness because I did not go. The stage that they perform at is cutely decorated with sparkly streamers and the volunteers do their best to clean the stage after each performed so that no slip-ups happen...and thankfully that did not occur during my time there! I like that the burlesque was prop-heavy for some performances because apparently it is not common in the burlesque scene. The emcee, dulce, did a great job to ensure that the crowd was enjoying their time while performers got ready. I wish that for the ticket, they specified how long the shows were. All tix said 1800 or 6PM start time, so pls look at your entire ticket order because you may be out in for the late-night show at 2100 or 9pm...espscially if that is what you ordered. anyway, the performers were super duper great. No complaints. Got my money's worth for my general admission ticket of $28.52. It is near the vip chairs, but vip got more crowd interaction with the performers dancing on them. if u want that, get vip tix! Not that much of a difference in pricing from what I remember. Another thing was that it would have been nice if they listed who the performers will be on the ticket order or on the front of the spot when you enter the door. Just better advertising would be nice so that even more people can see the talent!! Parking was good with the side street. Car did not get broken into...Read the signs, though! Usually, the side street parking is on the weekdays from 0800 to 1700, or 8AM to 5PM.

Wild Child was a place I had in my list to try. Compared to a lot of other places I didn't have it…read moreon my list too terribly long. Now if I remember from what I read correctly the folks that run this place were employees of Wild Man Brewing which had a location here (but closed). After studying the tap list it looks like what they carry here primarily is guest tap beers and meads from local breweries and meaderies and doesn't appear that they make their own like the predecessor of this space. But that's okay as it's a really cool place. The guest taps they have are good... nice and cold. The food is good as well. I got a pulled pork sandwich... something that I haven't had in a really long time. I enjoyed it... it was nice and tasty! It was a nice sized lunch along with the fries. The people that work here are nice and friendly and the space here is fun. Definitely a cool place to come and hang out in!

We'd been meaning to try this place ever since we moved to Oly a few years ago, and man we should have tried it sooner, it has become our favorite pizza along with (but entirely different than) Old School. Oly Taproom is a great place to eat and chill, or to meet friends, have a conversation or people watch, and on nice days they often open the garage door type windows making the inside seating feel like part of the outside, which is cool. As a bonus, after your meal, the Percival Landing boardwalk is right across the street, so you can take a walk and take in the lovely views. Besides the beer on tap, there are more in the coolers, as well as some soda options (and I think iced teas?). I'm not a big beer drinker but the staff is always great about helping me choose the right one based on my preferences, and because there are hops in the pizza sauce, the pizza & beer combination is especially delicious. But for non-beer drinkers, the pizza is still super tasty and the sourdough crust always cooked just right.

My buddy brought me in, the…read moreatmosphere was cool, pretty much what you'd expect from a brewhouse/restaurant, and the beer I had was good. Our server was fine overall. He wasn't particularly friendly when we first got there, and it did feel like the bill came pretty quick once we finished eating, but nothing that ruined the experience. Where I was disappointed was the portion size. I ordered the grilled chicken club, and for $15 for the sandwich alone, I was expecting a little more. That thing was tiny. I swear it was gone in about 3.5 bites. Then it's another $3 to add fries, which were good, but now I'm paying $18 for a sandwich and fries when the chicken breast itself looked like maybe 3-4 oz. A couple hours later I placed an online order for a burger for my wife since she was at an event nearby and was hungry. Same thing there. The burger tasted good, but the portion was pretty small for what we paid. That's really my biggest takeaway. The food was there taste-wise, the portions just weren't. I don't mind paying restaurant prices for good food, but at those prices I'd at least like to leave feeling like I actually ate something. I'm not saying I wouldn't be back, but maybe just for the beer and some fries.

We've eaten here several times over the years, this was the first time we eat dinner here. Fam. Let me tell you, the very reasonable lunch size portions? They're significantly bigger on the dinner menu. Almost disturbingly so Being able to get a selection of interesting regional beers is always a draw, tonight was no exception. And the pretty good lunch menu is expanded for the dinner hour - as well as the portion sizes being expanded. I ordered the fish and chips, my partner ordered the bar steak (which was New York strip), and her daughter ordered the salmon burger with fries. Because it was a special, we also got a giant order of poutine. Despite being in almost at closing, the service was absolutely spectacular. We very nearly had the place to ourselves, so the overall vibe was very homey and welcoming. As noted, the portions were enormous. I opted to finish my fish at the expense of the chips. My partner wound up with a significant take home portion as did her daughter. Couldn't possibly have been happier about our decision to stop in. Since we seem to have a new Greener in the family, I'm sure that we will be in Olympia significantly more frequently.
