I kept asking if the office could send an electronic bill and we could pay the same way we did for the deposit. No was the response and the office person was really rude to the poor guys who had just worked for 4 hours. I get an email confirming the payment but no breakdown showing the deposit and hours. Finally get the invoice and see they charged us for an additional half hour for their incompetent billing process. DO NOT WORK with this office. The manager was just as hostile to me as he was to the poor exhausted guys who helped us move our stuff.

In this economy, that's not a minor issue--it was a key part of the value I was told to expect. When I contacted customer service, I was redirected from the national line to a local office, where I was told I "should not have been told that" and was advised to use my paid service receipt as a tax write-off instead. That is not an acceptable substitute for a legitimate donation receipt. I also reviewed your website and found no clear public-facing policy stating that donation receipts are not provided--yet your team explicitly told me I would receive one.
