Highly recommend Atlas driving school for anyone wanting driving lessons. I used their services for both my N and Class 5 tests and the instructors I got paired up with were amazing. Full of patience, experience and care in your driving abilities. The instructors helped me move away from bad habits and practice certain maneuvers to perfection. Thank you Michelle and Tony! When booking lessons/packages, letting the adminstrative staff know what kind of driver you are (nervous, anxious, etc) will help the team find you an instructor who suits your needs. read more

took one lesson with them, and the instructor was incredibly rude and condescending. She barely looked up from her phone the entire lesson and had her vape sitting in the cup holder. very unprofessional read more

They lack professionalism, respect and communication. Not a single reminder text was sent before my lesson which was scheduled a week ahead. They did not reimburse my lesson even though it was their lack of communication. very rude People!!! read more

I admit, I've had my N a lot longer than one would like to admit. I'm a bit of an anxious driver and also don't really need to drive as I utilize public transit a lot, so I knew I was going to need all the help I could get to prepare for my Class 5. Atlas was very helpful when it came to booking my lessons - I booked the 5 lesson package and got paired with Jamie. Jamie was exactly what I needed in an instructor as he focused more on helping me be a good driver vs someone who can just pass the driving test. He has a lot of top notch on-the-road puns, so he got me to feel a lot more at ease in the driver's seat and therefore helped my confidence. I'm happy to report that I passed my Class 5 first try! read more

My son used this school when preparing for his N test. His teacher Minoo was excellent with him. She corrected him where necessary while going over all the things he would be tested on. He came home happy and confident and passed his test on the first try. Highly recommend! read more

Atlas Driving School teaches you to be ready for the road test. Michelle is very personable. She gives you the right guidance and lets you learn without taking over the wheel unless for emergencies. Multiple times she said the hour class goes by too fast but for a new driver like myself it felt longer cause of the wealth of information brought forth. Also she'll let you know of certain things other students received marks on, on the test, especially to do with the area you'll be driving and taking your test in. There were moments after I had learned the basics that Michelle was breaking me out of my comfort zone. I couldn't tell if she was doing it intentionally or it was just what we needed to do in the spur of the moment, but I think that's key here. Breaking out of that comfort zone is key. I reccomend these lessons over learning with a friend or family member because instructors like Michelle are educating the proper and safe way to drive whereas friends or family might have certain bad habits behind the wheel. Plus the instructor has their own gas and brake pedal which creates a more comfortable environment to feel safe in. One recommendation I have is really visualizing yourself driving while you're not driving. Visual meditation. Think about those moments you've learnt. Parallel parking for example has a lot of steps to it. You don't want to rush. But the more it's ingrained in your mind the easier it is to do. Don't let these lessons go to waste by not doing your homework outside of the lessons. You'll be rewarded with certain nuances in the end. I'll miss the jokes I cracked with Michelle. It was surprisingly easy for me to chat while driving. So I might take a lesson here or there just to hangout again. read more

Hated it, my instructor was on his phone at times, texting WHILE driving and while i was driving. Dangerous but I was 16 so I was too nervous to say anything. My instructors name was Tony, I'm not sure if this is still someone who works there. The actual learning part was alright, kind of helpful but not really, learned more driving with my parents afterwards then during the lessons. I did lessons in 2021, 5 lesson package was gifted to me, only did 2 or 3. Very disappointed as I had thought this was a place with a good reputation. read more

Excellent experience with Atlas Driving School! I took the 5 lessons package as I had driven in Dubai and Australia in the past. My driving instructor, Tony was awesome! Thanks to him I passed my test on the 1st attempt. Tony possesses all the qualities of an amazing teacher - he was patient, caring, punctual, knowledgeable (drew diagrams to explain safe car positioning) encouraging, raised my confidence and on top of that great fun to drive along with! Thanks so much for your training, Tony! Keyvan who also supervised me right before the road test was great. Wholeheartedly recommend Tony and Atlas Driving School - from registration to ensuring that I was well-prepared for anything, everything was very smooth. read more

Atlas Driving School is very good at what they do - professional yet personable, strict but not overbearing, and friendly but not irreverent. They will celebrate your strengths, but they are not afraid to be real with you about weaknesses. They understand that driving can often be a personal journey that stays with the student - even after passing the exam - and they make sure to create an awesome, impactful experience for you. If their instructor green lights you for the exam, you will feel confident - and rightly so - about your ability to perform. The best thing Atlas Driving School does, which no other driving school that I know of does, is their instructors mark you according to the rubric that ICBC uses on the actual exam. You will know precisely how qualified you are for the exam because each lesson is a mock exam. This is extremely helpful in understanding your weaknesses, remembering what to work on, and perfecting your driving skills. 100% recommend anyone - whether you're a learner, a new driver, or a self-admitted bad driver (admittance is the first step to improvement, people) - to come to this school! read more

I have so many good things to say that I don't even know where to start. My experiences were positive even from the very first time I contacted the school (the guy I talked to was so nice we ended up having a full life conversation). Let me set the scene; I was absolutely terrified of driving. I specifically needed to learn how to drive manual (even though literally everyone and their grandmother told me to 'just take the test on an automatic' but I am as stubborn as a mule and stubbornly felt the need to prove that I could do it in a manual). I knew how to do the very basics (switch gears), but due to a myriad of reasons, including but not limited to lack of experience, the chances of me getting my license before my learner's expired (which was in approx. 4 months from the I initially contacted them) were near to null. I was so terrified that it was absolutely imperative for me that the car I would take my lessons in had dual control (meaning that the instructor could take over if needed). And THEY HAVE MANUAL CARS WITH DUAL CONTROL (minus the extra steering wheel, but they can just reach over and take control). Now for the instructor. I got Kesh. I truly believe he is a Godsend. Like I literally could go on for days about how amazing he is. He managed to keep his cool throughout all the lessons, no matter how big of a mistake I made. He never once yelled, raised his voice, or panicked; he would take control when needed and would then calmly inform me that I almost gave him a heart attack instead. He would also make sure that I understood why what I did was wrong and put me in similar scenarios until I got it right. He would always hype me up :') and probably one of the best things about my experience with this school in general is that they are truly invested and care about you, and are super accommodating. For example; when it came to scheduling, he was literally so flexible and would move things around as to be able to squeeze me in. Whenever he could / got the chance he'd drop me off home / closer to my house. He basically always pulled thru. And not only that but he called the day of my exam to see how it had gone. I doubt any other school is that invested in / cares as much about their students. And y'all I PASSED MY TEST, FIRST TRY, ON A MANUAL VEHICLE. I fully intend on getting more lessons as soon as I get the time for more practice (highway and downtown driving). Finally, Kesh seems very passionate and is extremely knowledgeable about driving / cars in general, so I would not only highly recommend it if you're like me and terrified of driving, but also if you're more confident and want to polish up on some things because he also knows all the theory. read more

While the driving instructor was easy to work with and patient, the customer service by the scheduling staff was rude, inflexible and lacking any kind of accountability. The team charges a 40$ refund fee, even with notice on future lessons, something other driving schools do not too. Very disappointed and was left feeling very uncomfortable after interactions. read more

I can't say enough good things about the high quality of Atlas Driving School. I had lessons with Koroush, Keyvan, and Arzou, and they were all incredible, patient, and explained everything thoroughly and clearly. In addition, they were incredible about working around my busy schedule despite how popular they are. I have happily recommended them to friends and family. Their lessons didn't just prepare me for my road test, they gave me the knowledge and tools to become a competent, safe, and confident driver in all circumstances. I passed my N test due to their stellar instruction and I will absolutely be returning when it's time to get my full license. read more

Don't go here. One of the instructors named Jamie was acting inappropriate with me and made me feel pretty uncomfortable (keep in mind I'm 20 he's well over 45) Jamie reached to point at a gear on the steering wheel and brushed his arm against my leg, I quickly moved my leg away. The next time I saw him he joked that he left the car at home today so we were just going to hang out, I tried to ignore all of the weird stuff but after we got into the car I told him I wanted to cancel the lessons for today. He said that was fine but he didn't want to teach me anymore and that I was "difficult anyways". Learning how to drive is already stressful enough but when you have that happening It made me not wanna be there, yet I was so excited to learn. so I have to pay for lessons all over again with a different place because costumer service was no help at all and very rude. I was told " we could go back and forth all day" while trying to see what was happening with my lessons. So my lessons I paid for 10 and I only did 3. This company sucks. read more

Fantastic! Instructor was professional, knowledgable and patient; just what you'd want your driving instructor to be! Car was new and clean. Pick up and drop off service was provided. I have only the best things to say about Keyvan and Atlas driving school! I bought the 3 lesson package when testing for my N and passed on my first attempt. I upgraded to my class 5 today and passed without any problems after only one more lesson with him. He is also a lovely and personable person, very punctual and professional, AND he helped me jump start my car when the battery died during our lesson, haha. Thank you Keyvan, so much!! read more
