Dave was on time, he only charges for the sq ft that he cleans, not the square ft of the whole room. He spent about 3 hours doing our master bedroom and my son's bedroom. 400 sq ft for our room plus closet and another 100 or so for his room. These carpets haven't been cleaned professionally before and they are 16 years old, installed when we built our home. Highly recommended.

They were timely in getting back to me. On the day of the appointment, they were punctual and arrived on time. It took them about 3.5-4 hrs. Sonya made suggestions on what cleaning products I should use and how to properly maintain them. I had been using bleach products, which she suggested I no longer use. Instead she recommended clear or light colored products. They offer a one-year warranty so I called them a few days later as I needed them to come out to touch up a few spots.
