Ordered cutting blades for a V-Plow and their site shows it as aftermarket part for a specific V-Plow - it does not specify that unlike OEM cutting edges that are curved on ends this product is straight ends which do not perform like OEM parts. When I called in I was told too bad and if I want to return I have to pay $400 return shipping and its not their fault that they don't specify that these aftermarket cutting edges are not duplicates for OEM product. The poor customer service will make me never use this company again.

Enter CPW: I called them & they were familiar with what we were experiencing so I made the appointment to have it checked out. They were knowledgeable, friendly and needed to explain ALOT to me because my husband couldn't bring it in, I had to. They ordered the parts & when they were in I brought the truck back and they put 2 guys on it for 2 days (I believe 14 hours in total) and that nightmare was fixed!!! We couldn't be happier. About a month later an ABS wire severed setting off EVERY light on the dash and they were the first call I made. Brought it in ...FIXED :) Two days ago they got our business again for a new set of tires & they will always get our business. I cannot stress enough that you can trust your vehicle to be taken care of here AND done right! I especially appreciate the time they took to always answer all my many questions and concerns because I was relaying everything to someone else. Professional, courteous, knowledgeable and informative. We spent some money here but we wanted it done right and that's exactly what we got and more :) We will always come back for the needs of our truck and so should you!

Before making the 90-minute drive today, I called to confirm. They told me they were removing the part from the vehicle, so I headed over. After I had already driven for about an hour and fifteen minutes--just 15 minutes away--they called to tell me the part was unavailable. I called ahead specifically to avoid wasting a trip, yet still wasted my time and gas because of their inaccurate information. They should have verified that the part was available before telling me it was being removed for pickup. Very frustrating and poor communication.
