I had an extremely poor experience at this Hyundai dealership and will never return…read more At 7:45 AM, before heading to my appointment, I took a photo of my car's mileage in my apartment complex, which clearly showed 24,334 miles. When I arrived at the dealership at 8:00 AM, Keith asked whether we wanted to wait for the vehicle. After we said we would come back instead, he told us the service would take about 2 hours. I also received an automated text stating that I could text or call that number at any time for an update. After waiting 3 hours, I texted for a status update and received no response. I then called and spoke to someone who said Keith was not at his desk and would call me back. An hour and a half passed with no call. I called again, now more than 5.5 hours later, and spoke to a different employee who also could not get in touch with Keith. At that point, I told them I was coming to pick up my car in 20 minutes. When my husband and I arrived, Keith was sitting at the front desk with my keys. When I asked what was going on, he said the car had been inspected, lifted, and driven 7 miles, and that no issues were found. He then said he was planning to have his manager drive it next and would let me know afterward. I asked for my keys back and left immediately. Once we got home, I remembered the mileage photo I had taken that morning. The mileage was now 24,337 miles, meaning only 3 miles had been added, which were from my husband and me driving to and from the dealership. The dealership did not drive my car at all, let alone for a 7‑mile test drive. This means Keith clearly lied, both to us and on company records. That is extremely unprofessional and completely destroys trust. Vehicle service depends on honesty and transparency, and this dealership demonstrated neither. We have zero confidence in their service department and will never return or recommend this location.

When we went back this time for oil change and tire rotation, the rotated the tires, but didn't fill them up like we asked. We have a TPMS system and the tires still showed low. The service advisor said "oh that will go away when you start driving." Yeah... it didn't. So we went back a couple weeks later (we'd been out of town) and asked them to rotate the tires how we wanted them, and they threw in balancing for free. The service manager, John, was very accommodating.

After spending nearly $5,000 with this service department, the original issue still isn't fixed. The explanation we received afterward was essentially "no clue." We were told the batteries had to be charged and that there's "something electrically wrong" that they cannot diagnose. As someone in the industry, that response is unacceptable after charging a customer thousands of dollars. If the problem couldn't be properly diagnosed, replacing expensive parts beforehand raises serious questions about the diagnostic process and how those repair decisions were made. Dealership service departments are supposed to have the highest level of training, diagnostic equipment, and technical support. Charging a customer $5,000 and then admitting you can't diagnose the issue is not what anyone should expect from a professional service department. I was simply trying to help my customer get their vehicle repaired properly. Unfortunately, this experience did the opposite. Very disappointing.
