If you like Cheese curds, you'll enjoy theirs. I originally had my eye on the jerk chicken wings and I was warned by the waitress and my friend that they are REALLY hot. Jerk chicken is generally one of those thats right on the borderline of too hot for me. To give you an idea, if you're familiar with Butthutt BBQ's jerk chicken, theirs is as far as I can go for spice level. So I switched it up to be safe, and I am glad I did. Sweet and sticky, these had really great flavor inside and out. Would definitely get these again in the future. Brought a couple home to the hubby and he seemed to enjoy them too, and he normally doesn't like, what he refers to as, "sweet meat". I had three different beers in my favorite tasting style, sour. My husband had the fish platter with grouper and trigger fish with fries and coleslaw. We absolutely loved the grouper it reminded me of red snapper. I called Mike and he was immediately responsive. He came out to the house at 9:00 that evening, when someone would be home to let him in, and serviced the unit. He did exactly what he said he would do, did not charge us a premium for the call, and discussed all services and charges before he did them. It is very rare to run across someone this hard working, fair and honest. I was so impressed with him and his work ethic I immediately hired him to service our systems annually. After servicing our unit, and leaving after 10:00 pm, he still had another call to make. He said he was busy because of the hot weather but he needed to make sure his clients were taken care of....I just can't say enough about that kind of attitude! Exceptional!!

At one point, because they hadn't taken a break, I offered to get them pizza. They barely stopped to wolf down a slice each, and worked while doing it! Not only were they thorough, but they were clean and friendly, too. I only write reviews if I feel strongly one way or the other, and 7 Bridges deserves the 5 Star rating from me. Highly recommend.
