Mine was over $100 which they had kept for 6 months without me knowing it even existed. I still wouldn't know about if I hadn't scheduled a new appointment and asked why they only charged me $20 for the appt. (They shouldn't have charged me anything as I had a hefty credit. Anyway the receptionist stated that I had a credit of over $100 for 6 months. She said I had to ask for any refund. So if you are a patient there, you must have ESP to figure out if you have a credit so you can ask for a refund.

When my son-in-law tried to help, they closed the glass window on him and laughed--absolutely outrageous behavior. My daughter has been waiting in severe pain for this appointment. To be treated this way and turned away when she could provide the insurance information digitally--which they refused to accept--is completely unacceptable.

Dr Joseph replied to my request to switch my care to her office quickly and I was able to schedule an appointment the following day after submitting the request. When I arrived I was greeted with a friendly welcome by the nice receptionist. I waited roughly 10 minutes to be taken into the exam room where I discussed my current medications with a nurse. Dr Joseph was thorough, discussing all my health concerns and suggesting some lifestyle changes to help lower my cholesterol and lose weight.
