I talked to front desk staff, she made correction that I want my prescription sent to MY WALGREENS - I gave her address etc. Next day/June 2026 - I called Dr. Muenz office to find out if prescription was sent - person replied that it was sent to Beach Blvd. Publix Pharmacy - I had to ask more... questions - where, what is the address, phone number etc. I asked HER WHY - PRESCRIPTION WASN'T SENT TO my Walgreens pharmacy? No answer. I had to call Publix Pharmacy - find out my prescription was sent there - when it will be ready etc. - also Publix Pharmacy had my phone number wrong - I had to fill out all the necessary information to REGISTER with Publix Pharmacy, so stressful, unnecessary stress, worries, headache, extra steps because Dr. Muenz staff or him chooses Pharmacy they want -NOT WHAT I want. So upsetting. I am so sick of the games doctor's office staff or... plays with patients. Dr. Muenz is great, front desk check in staff is fantastic. A young female staff who was checking my blood pressure etc. is just ok, not great. make sure you ask them to resend your prescription to Your pharmacy that you go to, if it is sent to another Pharmacy, have them Cancel it, then resend to correct pharmacy... otherwise you will have many pharmacies for your different prescription. New Pharmacy all the questions to answer, Register... so much headache, stress, unnecessary Time wasted, energy and More.... i hate People play their game. And I also appreciate that she does not rush me through the appointment. She takes time to listen to my health concerns and provides helpful medical advise. Before scheduling the appointment, I made sure it was something they would be able to complete. I came with all required paperwork and the nurse returned the last few pages at the end of the visit, stating it was not required - I then found out it was and we had to bring it back into the office. The provider appeared unfamiliar with the requirements and was unable to correctly complete or sign the forms during the visit. I expected the provider to either have the knowledge necessary to complete it or to seek appropriate guidance if they were uncertain. The paperwork remained incomplete, which caused me weeks of delay (some because of the provider being out on PTO) and created stress and inconvenience. After she got back from PTO, I was asked to reschedule another visit. Which meant another copay and more of my time. I initially understood it would only take a few days. I did state "Do I need to show her where to sign?" to the lady on the phone because I was infuriated. I do apologize for the disrespect but seriously! I ended up finding another civilian provider who was able to complete it the day of visit! I have never had a medical experience like this and I am not usually a confrontational person but the communication between the team in the office is lacking. This was embarrassing! Patients should not experience delays or complications because a provider is unfamiliar with paperwork they are expected to complete. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I have been seeing Dr. Kamal Bohsali at Bahri Orthopedics for a couple of months now. He…read morespecializes in shoulders and elbows; although, he does do other orthopedic work as well. He is phenomenal! I began having problems with my shoulder 9 months ago. The first 2 orthopedists I saw (not affiliated with Bahri Orthopedics) both misdiagnosed my condition. After 5 months of physical therapy with no improvement in mobility or the level of pain, I sought out Dr. Bohsali. This turned out to be one of the best decisions I ever made! Dr. Bohsali had another MRI done with contrast. It showed a partial tear. He recommended rotator cuff surgery stating MRIs are not 3D and there's no way to see deep inside. He said he really would not know the exact extent of the injury until he got in there. He was excellent at explaining all this to me and made sure to answer all of mine and my husband's questions. Following surgery, Dr. Bohsali informed me I actually had a full-blown tear which was deep inside and was not indicated at all on the MRI. I would have never healed without this much needed surgery. I'm still baffled by the fact I had 2 other orthopedists tell me there was absolutely zero need for surgery! I have now seen Dr. Bohsali 3 times since my surgery and his follow-up care has been excellent. His assistants and staff have all been very friendly and knowledgeable. Since 2007 I have seen a number of orthopedists. I'm a klutz. I've blown out my knee, had trigger finger, broken my foot, and have chronic back problems. I've seen so many orthopedists because I haven't found one I've liked even the slightest bit until I found Dr. Bohsali. Well, other than the one who dealt with my trigger finger, but he only deals with hands exclusively, so I couldn't see him for my other problems. If you ever find yourself with a shoulder or elbow problem, I implore you to seek out Dr. Bohsali as that is his specialty. In the future, I will be seeing Dr. Bohsali for any and all of my orthopedic needs! The only negative thing I can say about Bahri Orthopedics is that there is usually about an hour wait time to go back to see the doctor. But for the wonderful care I have been receiving, I gladly wait!! Thank you, Dr. Bohsali and Staff, for taking such wonderful care of me and also for going above and beyond!
