All I knew was I wanted to feel normal again. I went to physical therapy twice a week for three weeks. Joanne was my primary physical therapist with Rachel helping me as well. Each physical therapy session started with heat, then a massage followed by neck stretches and eventually resistance bands to help build strength. I was also shown some neck stretches I could do at home. After three weeks I'm not back to 100%, but I am 90% better. After 5 surgeries I am finally home and working with DOT to get full use of my arm back.
