I asked both the manager and the owner. The app doesn't work 1/3 of the time properly and it sure is not user friendly for the client. It is difficult to tell when you are going to be charged, were charged, as well as when you're on a waiting list it doesn't notify you and can are charged. Why hasn't this been updated? I have a been a member there for many years and their lack of customer service is very disappointing. Update: The owner Dawn wrote me a message and told me I am no longer welcome to be a member of her studio because of my above post. Wow! I am shocked that this is how they treat a 3+ year customer who provided feedback. All they care about is the money, yet she has a Christian message posted at her studio. The teachers, the front desk, as well as members often leave due to administration and now I can see why. I changed the review to be a one star now! Rick's comments about $800 in fees is not true! Why is Rick pretending to be Angie, the manager, like she wrote this?
