Anna, Ryann, Heather Ann are at the top of my list mainly due to the type of classes I do. I could add all the other instructors to my list as well (I don't want to leave anyone out - so I will keep it general). Bella Vida offers a variety of different classes - so it should appeal to a mix of yogis. While Power Yoga is a favorite, I have also enjoyed so many other types of practices (Reggae, Yoga Nidra, Hatha, Yin). There are always other events, such as community pot lucks, full moon practices, workshops, etc. and it's a wonderful little community. I am so glad I discovered this place (thanks to Shannon and Ryann) and I look forward to every practice. Kudos to you Brittany for the care and attention you put into your little oasis in our local community!

Next thing I know, I'm signed up for the 40 Days for $40. I find that the community is great. Students are excited to be at classes. Instructors are attentive and kind. I leave classes feeling opened and grounded. The Baptiste style of power yoga combines heat and movement for an engaging experience. So, I keep coming. Suddenly, I find myself applying for their 200 Hour Intensive Teacher Training. I'm spending weekends with a great group of people, practicing yoga, learning inquiry...discovering alignment on my mat and in my actions. I'm participating in fruit cleanses and finding excitement in hip openers. My non-yoga friends think I'm crazy. I'm still trying to figure out when I actually drank the kool-aid. There were several to choose from but I picked out Mindful Motion Yoga for 2 reasons: one, it was a convenient location for my sister, and two, because they had a beginners class on Friday evening, which was when we wanted to go. Our first class was free, always a bonus. Before we went, I called to make sure that the info on the website was up-to-date, and it was. The person on the phone was super friendly and helpful. As it turns out, I had been speaking to the owner, Terri. She's a gracious host and savvy business woman. We took a beginners / relaxation class with Christina and she was great. If I lived in Jacksonville I would definitely return.
