The room was darker which I liked, and there were spots on the floor taped out so you know where to put your mat. I loved this as it is super efficient and no one needs to move mats when the class is full. The teacher was great. Its always fun to get a different studio's workout because they are all so different. I will be back to spend time with my friends! I wish this studio was not 30 minutes from my house.

I could add all the other instructors to my list as well (I don't want to leave anyone out - so I will keep it general). Bella Vida offers a variety of different classes - so it should appeal to a mix of yogis. While Power Yoga is a favorite, I have also enjoyed so many other types of practices (Reggae, Yoga Nidra, Hatha, Yin). There are always other events, such as community pot lucks, full moon practices, workshops, etc. and it's a wonderful little community. I am so glad I discovered this place (thanks to Shannon and Ryann) and I look forward to every practice. It is impossible to navigate the site from your phone. The rep at the Bartram studio that answered the phone was unable to help me, apparently someone else manages the website and they essentially highjack your credit card so you can't cancelI have sent emails explaining my problem with the location and health issues. I attended only 1 class at the Bartram location, the instructor was a sub and had never taught at this new location. I haven't heard back from the studio or management and today they just charged me for another month. No sense of community with this organization and zero personal contact or communication. I'm going back to HotSpot where I felt valued and respected.

I met so many wonderful regulars that were welcoming and amazing to flow with and Linda is so kind and a great teacher. I saw it on classpass and decided to try them out for lagree since i didn't know of any other studios that offered that type of class. I am so glad I did since that workout kicked my butt. I was so sore the next day in muscles that I usually do not workout. I loved the vibe as well and it was easy to find parking! There were several to choose from but I picked out Mindful Motion Yoga for 2 reasons: one, it was a convenient location for my sister, and two, because they had a beginners class on Friday evening, which was when we wanted to go. Our first class was free, always a bonus. Before we went, I called to make sure that the info on the website was up-to-date, and it was. The person on the phone was super friendly and helpful. As it turns out, I had been speaking to the owner, Terri. She's a gracious host and savvy business woman. We took a beginners / relaxation class with Christina and she was great. If I lived in Jacksonville I would definitely return.
