It is difficult to tell when you are going to be charged, were charged, as well as when you're on a waiting list it doesn't notify you and can are charged. Why hasn't this been updated? I have a been a member there for many years and their lack of customer service is very disappointing. Update: The owner Dawn wrote me a message and told me I am no longer welcome to be a member of her studio because of my above post. Wow! I am shocked that this is how they treat a 3+ year customer who provided feedback. All they care about is the money, yet she has a Christian message posted at her studio. The teachers, the front desk, as well as members often leave due to administration and now I can see why. I changed the review to be a one star now! Rick's comments about $800 in fees is not true! Why is Rick pretending to be Angie, the manager, like she wrote this?
