When I tried to better understand my condition and treatment, I was labeled as being "hyper-focused" rather than having my concerns addressed. I was also denied access to my workers' compensation paperwork, which left me feeling uncomfortable and distrustful about how my condition was being reported. This was one of the most frustrating medical experiences I have ever had. This experience seriously damaged my trust, and I would not recommend this provider based on how I was treated.
