I started with Dr. Yurio and after a few sessions of physical therapy ordered an MRI. Turns out I completely tore my ACL and part of my meniscus. I was presented with my options and ultimately decided to have surgery to repair my injuries. I was transferred to Dr. Kaplan and he again presented me with my options. I decided to continue moving forward with the surgery. At no time was I pressured into having the surgery. For my lifestyle and health it made sense to move forward. Fast forward to surgery day - The surgery center is in the same building and is well maintained. I was introduced to several people who would be participating in the surgery and each one confirmed with me why I was there. It was clear patient care and safety was a top priority. Follow up appointments were a breeze. They email any paperwork required prior to the appt. And after check in the most I ever waited was 5 mins in the big waiting room or in the actual room. I saw either the PA and Surgeon during these appts. Both were professional and never made me feel rushed and felt comfortable asking questions. I was in and out in less than 30 mins from check in to check out. I had a positive experience from start to finish with this group of Dr.s and would recommend them. There are several Dr.s with different specialties available. I did see one of the foot Dr.s several years ago, can't recall his name, and did not have the same positive experience.

From looking around, and seeing the other Therapists I would say she's the absolute best. The other therapists are young and don't have any patients hardly ever. I think there are 3 good PTs here and Elizabeth is definitely one of them. Seriously, Elizabeth is amazing. I would only go to her. Only. The management really needs to do something about the younger therapists and front staff. It's bothersome. They're arrogant and if they don't want to be there they don't need to be. It ruins everything there. I see them work with people and they are not happy. This review would be 5 for Elizabeth. Front desk staff ruins it.

I finally googled an orthopedic walk-in as we have them at home and I didn't want to get the flu or something else from a standard walk in. I called their number to see if the office close to me had walk in hours and they said no only Manderin office so they took my info to make a patient record for me and I drove over. Got there about 11:15 and they let me know Dr Brown was also seeing scheduled patients so it probably wouldn't be until 1 that I saw him. No problem I had expected a longer wait. They took X-rays right away and then someone did intake on me and back to the lobby I went to wait. About 1230 got called back to the room and he came in about 5 min later. He did some tests on my range of motion and suggested PT two times a week and to heat it and maybe take some Tylenol or Advil. If the pt doesn't improve the situation then they scheduled a follow up with a dr close to my place for 5 weeks out. Still waiting on the call to schedule PT about 15 hours later. Will update the review if I have any issues scheduling that!

I had overheard that he was running about 45 minutes behind from other patients who came in after me and that was really unacceptable. I'm not sure what happened during the day but when he did see me I didn't feel rushed. He took the time to listen to me and examine my thumb to see if there was something wrong with it. I was fitted with a brace, prescribed some NSAIDS, and have a follow-up appointment set for a few weeks away. I'm not sure that I want to come back to this location though. His style of care has been very interesting but confusing! Throughout him trying to find solutions to help me however, has been giving me mixed signals! One day he would say he is trying to find solution's to my pain experience then the next he & his office staff treats me like I'm a homeless person off the streets! While I was in VA he made sure I was given pain medication for the accident I can say that! However, I broke my neck developed a serious infection in my leg and had to have surgery on both my neck from front to back & my leg was so infected that they spoke of amputation But God saved me and now I'm healing each and every day one day at a time! I am in so much pain everyday! I have been trying to get treated by this office but they turned me away about some Medicare Issues the day of my visit left me with no pain meds! NO one would return my calls, messages and they have been charging me for services NOT rendered! Examples were while I was stuck in the hospital in VA I am showing charges ridiculously for those times! I believe the Billing department has overcharged me numerous times! One month I would have no charges all of a sudden I'm owing thousands of dollars for treatment I did not received in Florida Pain office! I was turned away when I showed up for my appointment one day because they said I did not pay my co-pay! They blamed it on Medicare! However I called Medicare and they said they were good on their end! Everything paid that was sent in and etc! There has been a lot of turnaround situations I get it!
