We flew here out of Birmingham, Al to take a look at the fleet that Mercury has and to share ideas…read more I was blown away by this property, the kind people working here, and the amazing aircraft they fly. They are located on a large piece of property that is mostly a lush green field. At one end is the parking area, hanger, landing area, and office. The landing area is easily located from the sky and there are multiple pads to choose from. Once we landed, it was only minutes until a nice gentleman was walking our way with a tow cart. He quickly greeted us and moved the R44 into the shade. For real. Everything about this place was friendly, professional, and all around top notch.

5 stars for TSA? YES....5 STARS FOR THIS TSA!…read more Boarding my flight home in Jackson is always super nice. Granted, there aren't many food options, but there are also never any lines, the process is super fast and for the most part all of the TSA agents are friendly. On my last trip to Jackson I left my FitBit as I went through the checkpoint. I didn't realize this until I got to my connection in Atlanta - when I went to check how many steps I had to compare a before/after walking the ATL airport. GONE! Nothing on my wrist. "CRAP", I thought, "I'll never see it again!" -- I called the airport immidiatly and was connected to TSA. "Oh, yes, we have it! Call this number.....I'm taking it to the office right now". I couldn't beleive it was still there. Someone actually turned it in? I couldn't picture that happening back at my home airport(s)....but this is Mississippi....the folks are nice. VERY NICE. This review NEEDS to mention Mr. Grover. If anyone in a position of management is reading this, please know that having folks like Mr. Grover on your team is a huge win. First off, he was super nice over the phone and via email. After I checked in to see if there was an update on the shipping, he mentioned it was a holiday and that since they weren't picking up, he would go drop it off on his way home. WHAT?! That's above and beyond the call of duty. And so very much appreciated. JXN TSA, you guys are good in my book. I'll never huff and puff when I have to take off my belt and put my computer in a separate bin. You guys have won me over with your honesty, caring and excellent service.

They recognized this ahead of boarding and moved my seat to first class. The only down side to the move was that it separated my wife and I who were flying together. We understand that minor failures happen and they more than made up for the inconvenience. Thank you again American for your ability to adapt and make the best out of a difficult situation.

I planned a trip for 12 people to travel to Turks & Caicos for my birthday. 3days before they emailed and offer to change the flight at no additional cost if we wanted. I said no. The day of my trip two hours before the flight they cancelled the flight and put us on a flight that didn't leave until the day after the original flight, instead of putting us on the flight that left out 2 hours prior to our original flight. I lost money on the Airbnb, the chef, excursions and they didn't offer any compensation. I went back and forth through emails because it's impossible to get agents on the phone and they then offered 1 person not even myself, the one they were going back and forth with 5000 point which is equivalent to nothing and 1 $50 voucher which they never sent. When I reached back out to speak to a manager I was told I was already compensated and they wouldn't be compensating me anything other than the 5000 points. They refuse to escalate this to a manger and this has been going back and forth since September of 2024. Over the weekend I unfortunately utilized this service again and the booked a connection flight we landed at 7:20am in Dallas and the connecting flight was boarding at 7:25am. We had to run through the airport and take the tram as well to get through our flight before it took off. I am not sure whom I need to speak to but I will continue to let it be known of the poor service that American Airlines offers along with poor planning and lack of customer service!

Southwest airlines as a whole, is probably the worst airline. This is my second time booking with…read morethem, and have a 2 hour delay so most likely wont reach my connecting flight. Last time i booked from PR to BWI and they cancelled the flight because once again.. it was delayed in PR as usual. So when i went to the clerks to talk about what they're going to do to compensate at least a hotel room. They said they aren't doing anything about it. Don't ever book here. Save yourself the headache.

I have sent in a request to Yelp to have "CLOSED" removed. I've flown in and out of JIA quite a few times using Southwest and I've always had a really great experience. Because I'm disabled, I'm always allowed to board first. When landing here, I am last to come off the plane because they have to get my wheelchair. The stewardesses/stewards are always really helpful and are willing to assist me in any way that I need with a smile. It's greatly appreciated. I just go back and forth from Jackson to Orlando, so my flights are pretty shorty... Only about an hour and 15 minutes. I've always been quite comfortable on the flights and have no complaints. I'll continue to use Southwest, especially since they generally have the lowest fares, and also because they don't charge to check luggage.

We had an absolutely unacceptable experience with VIP Limo during our wedding weekend. The company…read moreput our guests in danger, failed to fulfill the agreed-upon services, and refused to take accountability. On our wedding night, VIP Limo sent a shuttle bus with non-functioning windshield wipers in the middle of a severe rainstorm. Rather than alerting us, the driver attempted to transport a full bus of guests in zero visibility conditions on dark, storm-damaged roads. A guest noticed the issue and made the driver pull over. My sister confronted the driver and told him not to drive another trip, yet he picked up a second busload of guests--including myself--without even mentioning the windshield issue. He started driving us on our 30 minute trip through the storm without functioning wipers, only stopping when my sister finally got in contact with us and we forced him to pull over. We had to call our wedding planners to rescue us on the side of a highway in pouring rain - 25 of our friends had to fit into 3 cars to get home. It's terrifying to think what could've happened if we hadn't intervened, as there were full trees down on some roads due to the weather. When we brought this to the company's attention, we were told we were "lucky they even showed up" and were denied any refund--despite the fact that they failed to complete the contracted rides and violated state and federal safety laws that require working wipers (violations that could lead to fines or suspension of operating license). This was the most serious failure, but far from the only one: 1. The shuttle missed a scheduled pickup, stranding 12 guests and delaying the ceremony 25 minutes. These guests ended up driving themselves to the wedding. 2. A bus nearly tipped into a ditch en route to the welcome party, frightening our guests. 3. Multiple drivers had no idea where they were going--guests had to sit up front and give directions. 4. One driver turned down a dead-end street and had to reverse out with guests using flashlights to help him avoid hitting a fire hydrant. Ultimately, we did not receive the "VIP" service we paid for--we didn't even receive safe or competent transportation. I cannot recommend this company to anyone, and I hope this review encourages VIP Limo to take accountability for their gross negligence and issue the refund we are clearly owed.
