11/6/2013- Wed. night, My girlfriend and I step outside and the door gets shut and of course locked. We both know she was the one that forgot to unlock it but never mind about that now... I had my iphone, googled Locksmith...First to pop up: 24/7 Jackson Locksmith... Called them up, this girl answered took my whereabouts and said the tech will call me in 5 minutes. Less than a minute passed, I get a call tech says "15-20 mins"...I was like ok... He got here in less than 10 minutes. I was surprised because it was like 10pm. He asked for my ID and started working. I think he worked on it roughly 4 minutes! No joke. 4 MINUTES! We were in. So I thought OK this is going to cost me and arm n leg...He shakes my hand and tells me he was right around the corner and not to worry about it. I was like NOWAY! What?! No charge? I literately called every lock and key company in the phone book. Apparently my Lexus key is a "special" key/programming. This company deserve the review just because they were the only one that were actually able to do it. Service was not amazing. Just ok. But still, it was the only company that were able to do it. read more

Ok so my wonderful husband took my only set of keys with him to Dallas. He called multiple lock and key companies and neither one of them could make a key for this car.
