    My new baby 528i xdrive

Back again y'all with another great experience to write about! I had purchased a SUV first on Thursday had problems with it on Friday, Saturday came had a loaner vehicle for the weekend. Fell in love with loaner vehicle. What I'm trying to say is yes things can go wrong when you "buy as Is" but it's how the dealership takes care of you, is what matters. And guys they went above and beyond to show me I mattered and I wasn't just a big $$ sign. I recommend Atlantic AS specially if you're in the market for luxury.

I explained my situation to him so I got the CarFax offer like he wanted, and he he told me he can work with that and told me I can get the car that I wanted. After driving an hour to this place he didn't try to give me the car that I wanted or make an attempt plus this place sketchy and it stinks

I don't drive this car everyday bc I have another car that I use to commute to and from work. I go to turn the car on the day before yesterday to drive it and it's another light on. I took the car back to Elite Auto the first day I was told no light was coming on let it stay another day and call back tomorrow. Called today it's now a censor which is going to cost me 160 something dollars. I purchased the level 2 warranty which apparently does not include anything, I was also told I need to "read my policy" I don't feel within me having this car less then 6 months I should be having all these problems. All that I was told was basically it's a machine and they are going to mess up, my response was if it's a machine and things happen then how about you guys pay for it and fix it. I have purchased a bad car before and it feels like I'm living this all over again. The lady at the front desk is always sweet and understanding. I feel that today they were really rude and unprofessional. Before you purchase a car make sure you take it to a dealership and have someone look at it over for you. The car had a bit of a vibration and needed a deep clean with new breaks and rotors. You can tell when someone is more about a dollar than the care of the customer. She refused to say anything about the cleanliness, but explained the mechanics didn't put a band aid on things, when the rotors needed obvious replacing.

He was very knowledgeable & confident yet not pushy at all. I felt comfortable buying a car from him and would absolutely recommend him to my family & friends. I usually dread going to a dealership for a new car because of past negative experiences (at other area & out of state dealerships). Capital CJD in Garner isn't the closest to my house or work (I live in Durham), However, my experience here was fantastic and absolutely worth the drive. I recently bought the 2014 Jeep Cherokee Latitude from CJD & recommend Harry Dew to anyone that is looking for a new car. Also, I am sure I will be purchasing all of my future cars from him! Thanks Harry for making the buying process SO easy! I love my new Cherokee!

The salesperson that assisted me was incredibly boorish and did a very poor job with the sales process, as well as not emphasizing the value proposition of a Jeep versus the competition. This person's performance not only convinced me to purchase my vehicle from someone else, but also to purchase a Ford. The only reason I'm giving a two-star review is because I eventually got to take a vehicle on a test drive. For the life of me I do not understand why the showroom features a used Mercedes Benz G class instead of a Jeep product. Jeep's flagship vehicle, the Grand Wagoneer, was stuck in the back of the showroom instead of being the vehicle you see front and center when you walk in the door.

I was sold a car with a SERIOUS problem they did NOT disclose at the time of purchase!! They also refused to check for the issue that is costing so much money! On my way home Oct 9, 2018, I first noticed the vehicle lost engine power, then it started to make a lot of noise. I immediately headed for the nearest location I could find, but they only perform oil changes and they informed me that I had better return the vehicle to the dealer via tow truck as it should not be driven. They topped off my fluids, I imagine out of pity, and I drove the remaining 2 miles home. While at a red light there was bluish white smoke coming from under hood accompanied by the dreaded foul odor of burning oil and coolant. In all this time, the check engine light did not appear on my dash!! The next day, Oct 10, 2018, I was forced to miss work so that I could get the vehicle towed the 40 miles ($230) back to Triangle Auto Sales, A Deacon Jones dealer, where the sales manager Victor said he would take it to their mechanic at Gordos Garage around the corner. I told him how I found it odd that the check engine light DIDN'T even come on!! He said they will fix it or "see what we can do". I waited at the dealership, and when he returned, he told me there was a faulty hose and they would replace the hose. I received a text message from Victor less than 24 hours later claiming that my car was ready for pick up. I returned the next day Oct 11, 2018 to pick up the vehicle and requested to speak to the mechanic. I let him know that I had researched this issue that night before, and had come across issues with the turbocharger needing to be replaced due to the failure of lubricant being delivered to the turbocharger in this instance. Both men brushed me off claiming that it was a small leak and that it was "not that bad". I simply replied by asking if they bothered to check. The Gordos employee told me they didn't because they "didn't have to". I was sent on my way while they walked away laughing and speaking in Spanish to each other. As soon as I got on the highway, the vehicle started having the same problem I brought it in for and the salesman will not take my call or text! So after work Oct 12 2018 I brought it to a REAL mechanic. I started toward a local nearby trusted mechanic, when the check engine light suddenly appeared. I later received a call from the local mechanic who informed me that there is a noticeable crack in the exhaust manifold which over time has burned out the turbocharger and the entire unit will need to be replaced. I was quoted over $1,970 for the repair. All the while I have NOT been driving the car! I borrowed a company car from my job to commute to and from work. Not to mention that I have only made so far ONE payment out of 48, and will now have to shell out another $1,970+ after the $230 for the tow, to repair something the dealer did NOT disclose and cannot claim to be unaware of, in addition to REFUSAL to check the unit that needed repair!! I'm thoroughly DISGUSTED with these people and the way that I was treated after purchasing this broken vehicle is absolutely appalling!!! Either Deacon Jones or Triangle Auto Sales need to take this vehicle back and return the funds I have paid as a down payment, in addition to absolving me of the loan I'm now indebted for a vehicle that I can't even drive - Or they should pay for the repair, NOT done by their so-called mechanic friend, but by a trusted mechanic who will actually get the job done!!

We had a pre-purchase inspection done through Firestone and it came up that the car needs 3 belts replaced. Triangle Auto Sales agreed to replace the belts before selling the car. Next day, when we arrived to pick up the ready vehicle, we were told that the belts have been replaced and everything is in great shape. But in less than 6 months, we are now finding out that the car started to make noise during start up and the reason being the belts are too old. SO THEY NEVER CHANGED THE BELTS AND TOLD US THAT THEY DID. Also they said that they will mail us the proof of changing belts (the bill of buying the belts etc.) and never did. We now have to spend 300 dollars to get those belts fixed. So I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP for anyone buying a used car.

Reliable Car & Trucks... not as reliable as they state to be…read more Lets begin with my initial experience where I was profiled based on how old I look and how I was dressed which ultimately nowadays seems to determine your net worth. If your curious continue to read about my experience. So here's why they earned them a beautiful One Star. First appearance the place seems a bit run down due to its location & upkeep. But thats besides the point. Upon me pulling up to this place of business I noticed the specific vehicle that I traveled 30 minutes to have a look at. Before purchasing a car who wouldn't evaluate the vehicle and test drive it to make a determination before beginning any financial agreements; because what if I don't like the vehicle after test driving it ? Stay with me it gets better. After I scanned the outside if the said vehicle I was not once approached by Sam nor Eric but, I noticed they were watching me examine the vehicle. Originally I though the car was SOLD because it had no paperwork being shown. ( Turned out Eric is daily driving it ). So after I couldn't see visible paperwork and I wasn't greeted, I decided to leave. But WAIT! Why leave and I drove so far to see this car and determine if this is what I want. Well this is where things took a turn for the worst. Before leaving I decided to enter their place of business and ask a few questions regarding the vehicle. After a few minutes of discussion regarding the vehicle I quickly learned that my knowledge of this vehicle was sharper then theirs. Sam even attempted to tell me wrong information about how much horsepower the car made haha But let me get to the point. So after this conversation I asked can I take the vehicle for a test drive. Immediately the look on both Sam and Eric's face changed. They begin to express to me how I didn't look as if I had the money to test drive the vehicle and if I did how would I even be paying. In shock at this point I expressed how I would be paying and they still proceeded to tell me that because of my age (21 which they didn't know until I told them) & Eric not feeling comfortable trusting me to drive the vehicle that I would have to begin financial paperwork just to test drive a car that I don't even know if I want yet. Im not sure where they got their dealers license from but this is not a place I would recommend to anyone looking for knowledgeable and respectful support in finding your dream car! I hope no-one else has to experience such profiling while trying to locate a vehicle.

I guess the old sayings of "Don't judge a book by its cover", "buyer beware" and "inspect don't…read moreexpect" holds true. 3 weeks ago I bought a 2000 Ford Ranger from Reliable. The truck looked good on the outside and inside for its age. They purchased the truck at an auction on 3/18/19 with 208000miles. They had it "inspected" on 3/25/19 with 200872 miles. It "Passed"' everything that is required by NC. The truck stayed on the lot until I purchased it on 5/11/19 with 200899 miles. I noticed there was a noise coming from the front end. I brought the truck to a reputable mechanic who found that the ball joints on both sides were completely worn out. There actually was no rubber ball at all. Also, the control arms were broken. All of it had to be replaced. When I purchased it, I was told by Eric, the salesperson, that the car was checked by a mechanic and that all that was wrong was the serpentine belt, which he said they replaced. Now, I know that the truck has no warranty, but I took Eric's word as the truck being in good condition. The ball joints and broken control arms did not happen in the 2 weeks that I have owned the truck. They had worn out over time. It is hard for me to believe that the mechanic or the person doing the inspection did not see such a problem with the suspension. Especially, the person performing the inspection. NC law requires that any vehicle that is inspected has to be raised and the front end suspension has to be visually checked. Failure to do so may lead to a fine. I spoke to Eric about the problem and the first thing I was told was that there was no warranty. Then I was told that I did not pay the full price they were asking for it. His response is totally irrelevant. The price was negotiated just as one would do with a new or used car. Plus, I paid more then both the KBB and Nadaguide said that one should pay for this vehicle. I know that I probably should have had it checked out beforehand, but I didn't. I actually thought that Eric was a professional and was being honest. Long story short, I am out an additional $500.00. When I told Eric this, all he could say was if I had called him, he could have probably gotten it done cheaper for me. He also said if anything arises in the future to call him. The day I purchased the truck I noticed that the spare tire was missing. I did call Eric immediately, he said he would look for one and get back to me. I am still waiting to hear back from him on the tire. Today, I got a call from Eric and was told that he couldn't get plates because where he had the truck inspected put in the wrong VIN number. He wanted me to drive there (almost an hour) and have it re-inspected, I was not going to do that . So he arranged to have it inspected at a franchised tire store near my house. I took it there and had to wait 2 hours for it to be done. I guess my time is not as valuable as Eric's. Like I said, there is no warranty, but after finding out that there was a problem with the suspension, Eric offered no restitution in any way. If you are considering buying from Reliable, go have the car/truck checked out thoroughly before negotiating a deal and be leery of the positive feedback and ratings on social media. Unfortunately, I learned an expensive lesson. Sales people are just that, sales people. No remorse for not being 100% truthful.
