I called to complain they stated he could not come back out for another week and then he would check the freezer, I asked why would you not cover all your angles when you first came out to ensure the part you were ordering was what was needed. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I have complained to lg and asked them to not refer customers to these guys

That's what experts/professionals are supposed to do before scheduling a technician to come out. Maybe it's a language barrier but the technician did not diagnose the problem when he arrived. He came to the home and did nothing. He blamed it on the customer not providing accurate information, not true. I get a confirmation text they're in route to repair the appliance. In the text they listed the wrong appliance brand. I had to text back to correct them. After I called to find out why the diagnostic visit was cancelled I got some ridiculous price to repair a washing machine that warrants 2 men that could take 3-5 hours. I've called management twice to discuss why the tech didn't diagnose the problem as planned, and no return call to date, nor do I think he intends to return my call. If this is what happens when a customer wants a diagnosis, beware if they actually perform work.
