I do not apologize for the lengthy message because some things can't be said in 3 words…read more   I got a knock on my door from someone driving by that I had water running down my yard. I go outside to check to see what's going on & I see 1 of my sprinklers running at full force. I go to turn the sprinkler system off & it's unplugged. I call the number on the system & they no longer service my area & cannot recommend anyone for me. I Google emergency sprinkler service Praying that this wasn't going to be an all day thing. I called the second company listed in my search. Enrique explained to me the costs of coming out to me as well as breaking down the cost of the pros & cons of anything that he could & will do based on what he finds once he arrives. The catch was that he was about 3-4 driveways to his first customer of the day and it would be about 4 hours before he could get to me. He said text me your address, let me call the customer and I'll call you back. It took him less than 1 minute to return my call stating that he would be at my house in about 30 minutes. Before I could raise the garage door his helper (Wifey) was already at the under ground water system doing what she does. I explained there steroids I did to shut the valve off while Enrique walked around the house with me. I'm glad he did because what I thought was water values was actually the gas valves to my fire places (which Enrique turned back on). From beginning to end of service it took him about 30 to stop the water. He went above & beyond to make sure the water was turned off to the sprinkler system & the water to the house was still running. Excellent customer service from the moment he answered the phone until he pulled out my driveway. He even sent me a follow up text to make sure everything was still good. The best part of this whole encounter was that Enrique stated that he usually don't answer his phone when he's driving but something told him to pull over and answer the call. Thank you Enrique for being obedient to God's voice telling you to answer your phone. God does answer prayers, because I was sure praying hard for Him to send me an angel. Ms JB Snellville, Ga

They initially…read morecame out to my home in March to address the fact that I had one sprinkler that was oozing water out, but it wasn't channeling the water in the zone that it was intended for. The technician was nice and kind. He charged me the fee that you were charged when you come out which was understandable and he took a part that was on the back of his truck to fix my issue and stated because it was a ad hoc solution if the sprinklers did not perform as intended to give him a call back. I gave them a call back today and as I'm speaking to their customer service representative somehow she became irritated when I spoke to her directly and in a calm voice she accused me of being condescending. If direct low speech irritates your soul you need professional help, and you probably need to engage with other adults who are well educated well rounded well traveled, and well-versed.... Don't let where you like as an individual ruin professional relationships.... If talking over me was not enough, she ended the conversation with "girl bye "and hung up the phone. I encouraged her to seek a therapist, possibly a spiritual advisor because no adult at their place of employment should have the emotional maturity of a 12 year-old girl. I think its the problem with social media that is warping the brain cells of adults because I promise you that lady is old enough to have gray pubic hair. Too old to be acting so young and so dumb.
