We scheduled it for the following week. He didn't come the day he was scheduled but showed up the next afternoon and installed half the job. He said he would be back the next day. No show, no call. I text him are you on your way. He texts, I will be there tomorrow. No show again. It rained so heavy that we had mud everywhere. So we call him and he comes up with an excuse he twisted his ankle. He would be here Monday morning. Je did show up and installed the rest of the steps and flagstone. It rained again but the mud wasn't a big issue this time but 3 of the steps were no longer level. I took pictures and contacted Mr. Ramos. He said I'll be back by the end of the week. Two weeks later and he still hasn't corrected the issue. Don't use this business.

This morning I drove 24 miles after picking up a u-haul trailer to purchase a tree from Masters landscape and supply and after going through the line to pay for my tree and I headed directly to the yard To recover my tree. I was the first one in the yard yet I was ignored by the forklift driver for over an hour. In fact The forklift driver loaded four trucks that weren't even in the lot when I got there I am one of the last people to play the race card because I have a lot of Caucasian friends all over the world. And I know that they would never condone this type of behavior from a business. Finally I got tired of waiting so I pulled my truck and trailer back to the front of the building and I walked back into the store and got in line to wait for a refund. Suddenly one of the managers approached me and asked if I was loaded and I told him no that I was in line to get a refund. He said please come with me and I'll take care of this right away and he got me loaded immediately. In addition he offered an apology. Also I think he sent the forklift driver over to apologize and I accepted the apology. But that doesn't change the way I felt and it certainly doesn't excuse the way they acted based on my color or at least that was my perception. I purchased a tree but I will never visit this location again and what a shame. While I was waiting I saw a lot of stuff that I needed for my yard but I can't in good conscious buy from a business that allows employees to disrespect me, devalue me, my time or that of people who look like me. Perhaps the name of their business [Masters] has really gone to their heads and they are starting to believe their own bullshit. What a damn shame!!!
