I would not recommend this guy for anything. I hired him to level out my yard for an above ground…read morepool and to put a privacy fence up. so he level the ground and got it looking good and I ask him if he was going to haul the dirt off because I didn't want all of it in my yard he said he would and in doing so his machine breaks down on him witch doing that time of work things like that is going to happen. that's just something you got to de with. but as soon as his machine tore up his attitude towards me changed real quick he went from being nice to being a dick. like it's my fault his machine tore up if you're afraid of something tearing up then don't be in that type of work. so he was supposed to come back out to finish once his machine got fixed so I contacted him a few days ago about it and he tells me that hauling the dirt off wasn't part of the quote. so was you just planning on leaving all the dirt in my yard it doesn't work that way. that's not how you keep customers. then he tells me that technically he didn't have to come and finish the fence because all the material was already hear and I haven't paid him for labor and. he also over charge me for materials because some things he said I needed and paid for wasn't here and the gate bracket that I needed and paid for I'm pretty sure he kept it because I had to go get a new one once I found someone else to come put it up for me. now when I contact him about he ignores me and never replies back to me. ill just never use him again and I'll make sure everyone I know knows how he is so they'll never use him also. Please judge for yourself, but here are the facts: (1) showed up late to the job (2) I caught one of his workers urinating on the side of my home after being onsite for only 15mins (3) he damaged the side of my fence in multiple places and never told me about it (4) Didn't finished the job (5) wasted rolls of grass through mishandling (6) Still owes me a pallet of grass that I paid for (7) Left broken wood pallets and unused grass onsite for me to clean up (8) Leaked oil onsite from his forklift (9) Will not return calls now and just do the right thing.
