I go outside to check to see what's going on & I see 1 of my sprinklers running at full force. I go to turn the sprinkler system off & it's unplugged. I call the number on the system & they no longer service my area & cannot recommend anyone for me. I Google emergency sprinkler service Praying that this wasn't going to be an all day thing. I called the second company listed in my search. Enrique explained to me the costs of coming out to me as well as breaking down the cost of the pros & cons of anything that he could & will do based on what he finds once he arrives. The catch was that he was about 3-4 driveways to his first customer of the day and it would be about 4 hours before he could get to me. He said text me your address, let me call the customer and I'll call you back. It took him less than 1 minute to return my call stating that he would be at my house in about 30 minutes. Before I could raise the garage door his helper (Wifey) was already at the under ground water system doing what she does. I explained there steroids I did to shut the valve off while Enrique walked around the house with me. I'm glad he did because what I thought was water values was actually the gas valves to my fire places (which Enrique turned back on). From beginning to end of service it took him about 30 to stop the water. He went above & beyond to make sure the water was turned off to the sprinkler system & the water to the house was still running. Excellent customer service from the moment he answered the phone until he pulled out my driveway. He even sent me a follow up text to make sure everything was still good. The best part of this whole encounter was that Enrique stated that he usually don't answer his phone when he's driving but something told him to pull over and answer the call. I was never told anything was missing, and the cancellation came out of nowhere. When I called to understand what happened, Enrique immediately became rude, talked over me, and hung up on me.This is not how you treat people. If this is the level of disrespect shown before any work is even started, I can only imagine how customers are treated once they're relying on him mid‑job. The lack of professionalism, courtesy, and basic respect was shocking.I'm genuinely grateful I learned this before allowing them to work on my property. Fast forward to Spring 2026 they killed the weeds and the grass. I called them and they came out and I asked why would you continue to spray when the weeds and the grass were obviously dead? Even though they could not explain they suggested they put me on another type of plan and when I said no more they generously refunded me for one month. I don't know how they applied weed control for 10 months killed the grass and weeds, but the weeds keeps coming back. I feel like they used the incorrect application on my lawn, but they will never admit to that, but the dead/missing grass speaks for itself.

She informed us that the upcoming treatments would take care of the broadleaf issue and unfortunately they never did. I don't know if they changed their formula or if we were being cheated but our yard has never looked this bad. On June 27, 2023, I made note of the complaint in the last bill I paid online for the June 20 service, and I also sent a detailed email with the pictures mentioned above requesting to speak with the owner or a manager. We terminated our business relationship with them on August 9, 2023 due to lack of response to the complaint made on the June 20 bill paid online and lack of response to the June 27, 2023 email.
