He went into great detail of how the fish contract it, gave me a couple products to use for the future and told me what to do if it returns. When you walk in, it doesn't look too big but once you go to the back of the store, there's a huge variety of fish. If you have a freshwater tank, like me, there isn't a wide selection of fish. If you have a salt water tank, you'll be in heaven! Jacqueline was very informative. She explained to me what fish could swim together and which ones were aggressive. I'm sure I'll return! The fish can be a little pricey but you can tell they are well taken care of. Also make sure to watch your step because the grounds are a bit wet.

Not only is this location far more convenient for us, but the staff has been consistently kind, attentive, and professional from the moment we walked in. Our dog, Simon, is usually the one who tells us how he feels about a boarding facility--his demeanor at drop-off and pickup says everything. He was happy going in and just as happy coming out, which speaks volumes. The team followed his medication regimen exactly as instructed, and when we called to check in during our trip, they immediately knew him by name and offered honest, thoughtful updates about his personality and behavior (he's more of a relaxed observer than an active playmate, which they picked up on right away). To top it off, the bath he received before pickup was excellent, and they even gave him a much-needed trim around his eyes--something we didn't expect but appreciated immensely. We feel genuinely cared for here, and Simon clearly does too. Dunwoody Pet Resort has earned our trust, and we'll be using them until further notice.
