JULY 2026, Boarded my two dogs at Frogs to Dogs for 10days while they were healthy, up to date on…read moreall of their vaccinations, and showing no signs of illness. Took their food and bowls but was told they provided bowls, so they gave me back my personal bowls. Wen I returned to picked them up and brought them home, both dogs started coughing. By the next day, their symptoms had become worse. I took them to the veterinarian, where they were diagnosed with Kennel Cough. I contacted Frogs to Dogs to inform them of the situation and was told someone would get back to me. Unfortunately, I have not received a phone call, text, or email addressing my concerns. I understand that kennel cough can sometimes occur even in vaccinated dogs and in boarding environments, but I am disappointed by the lack of communication and follow-up after reporting what happened. He went into great detail of how the fish contract it, gave me a couple products to use for the future and told me what to do if it returns. When you walk in, it doesn't look too big but once you go to the back of the store, there's a huge variety of fish. If you have a freshwater tank, like me, there isn't a wide selection of fish. If you have a salt water tank, you'll be in heaven! Jacqueline was very informative. She explained to me what fish could swim together and which ones were aggressive. I'm sure I'll return! The fish can be a little pricey but you can tell they are well taken care of. Also make sure to watch your step because the grounds are a bit wet.

We recently took a chance on Dunwoody Pet Resort after being long-time customers at a boarding…read morefacility in Brookhaven, and we're so glad we did. Not only is this location far more convenient for us, but the staff has been consistently kind, attentive, and professional from the moment we walked in. Our dog, Simon, is usually the one who tells us how he feels about a boarding facility--his demeanor at drop-off and pickup says everything. He was happy going in and just as happy coming out, which speaks volumes. The team followed his medication regimen exactly as instructed, and when we called to check in during our trip, they immediately knew him by name and offered honest, thoughtful updates about his personality and behavior (he's more of a relaxed observer than an active playmate, which they picked up on right away). To top it off, the bath he received before pickup was excellent, and they even gave him a much-needed trim around his eyes--something we didn't expect but appreciated immensely. We feel genuinely cared for here, and Simon clearly does too. Dunwoody Pet Resort has earned our trust, and we'll be using them until further notice.
