Appointments often run very late, and visits feel rushed despite long wait times. It has also become difficult to receive certain services or medication support, especially when prior authorizations are required. I've felt that the level of communication and follow‑through has declined, and some issues I raised were not addressed in a timely or consistent way. Because of these changes, I ultimately decided to transition to a different provider. I hope the practice is able to improve its processes moving forward.

I should not have to schedule a new appointment less than a week after the previous appointment to get a prescription that you all said you were going to send to the pharmacy. You delayed my care and I ended up sicker as a result. I have to agree with some of the negative reviews I've seen elsewhere, regarding your for-profit status. You used to be great and I would recommend you to everyone, but I just don't know that I can do that anymore. This is the third time I've had a problem with the prescription and it's been every single time. I had to have a prescription sent from this office, they will try to make me do another appointment just to get it. That's not OK.

This is the service I received from the "office manager" of "25 years". She is the woman in the middle with her hands crossed. She refused to share her name with me so the best I could do was snap a photo of her disregarding me. This was my second time entering this facility today to take my child in for a yearly wellness check up. I was not greeted upon arrival , okay fine. I'll take that, it was later afternoon, raining -maybe they are tired.... then this office manager tossed a "chadi's questionnaire" on the counter top demanding I use my phone to fill it out, read the information to figure it out. Unfortunately my technology device was not charged at this time and I expressed that so I assumed an iPad would be handed over- she said if I couldn't get it filled out, my child wouldn't be able to be seen. This appointment has been set for months- I value my time- I felt like my time was worthless/meaningless to this facility the way she shewed me away. The doctor on duty 25 minutes after my scheduled appointment came out to let me know they have all been friends for years and the office manager has been there for 25 years, I didn't know that's was an appropriate excuse reasoning for disrespect/disregard to patients but okay, again. I'm not okay with just mediocre , don't care service. I was also told reviews don't matter; I believe in real reviews - the good and bad and this is why- this experience right here! I suggest communicating to new patients what expectations are so they can come with charged devices/technology and assumptions that are expected to be done before arriving. I am truly thankful this happened after all they let me know people are just numbers here and they don't value us as individuals. The facility it's self is out dated / dirty and the staff is not friendly at all. Needless to say there are plentiful of compassionate providers out there, next time I will read all reviews / do my homework -- verse just going to the most "popular known" doctors office.

She almost told me to show her videos on my phone to calm her down which I explained her that this is not possible because my daughter doesn't watch any screens at all and she keep saying to me to show her something so she can calm down. my daughter was so scared and crying. the doctor almost cut her eye with the scissors and my daughter was crying so bad. They are TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE! I do not recom this practice at all. No respect, the front desk treat you like a piece of ...... Then the billing office in Laurel, MD has terrible system. when I paid $30 and I have the receipt with me tried to show them that I paid the bill. They are never available, suddenly everyone is sick. NO one can take care the situation, NO one can help! I went to the office more than 4 times to resolve the issue, I'm still waiting. But the don't hesitate to send it to collections oh no! but they can't see the receip. The costumer service is the WORST! difficulty to make an appointment, difficult to send a message to the doctor,the doctors now DOESNT listen, hello!!! NO RECOMMENDED !!! if you decide to go always save the receipts, always in paper, no digital. I won't take my kid there, anymore!
