While I still love F45's training model and the camaraderie of the people in my class, I am sorely disappointed with the turnover of the staff and trainers. Last September 2021, the gym was bought by new owners. It seemed evident from the beginning that they were more interested in profits than people. Whenever we get a great trainer, they get fired or quit. It's been a constant revolving door filled with empty promises. I go to the gym for good vibes and they're just not there anymore. PREVIOUSLY:Super friendly and knowledgable staff. The workouts are great and trainers keep you motivated and on track. Definitely never boring! I highly recommend for all fitness levels.

It's a pretty hefty price, and you don't even get a warm up with it which is dangerous and can cause injury. They know what moves will be done so I feel that should be included instead of the cooldown. You're not getting one on one training, either. It's a cool concept, but they really should offer warm up and also unlimited membership. Or a discount if 2-3 classes are taken per week.
