The North gym just got renovated new flooring and equipment. There is equipment for cardio, legs, arms and abs . There is a free weight area along with two different areas for pulleys to add bars . There is also a small room set aside to do floor work, pinching bag, or smaller dumbbells and balls. There is also mats available to use, pulleys, dumbbells and exercise balls down the hallways . I believe some are for classes but can be used if you ask the staff . The hours during the week, Monday through Thursday are from 6 am to 10Pm; Fridays from 6 AM to 8PM; and Saturday and Sundays from 8AM to 4 PM. Of course the best times that are less busy are later . Mondays always busy in all gyms. There are a variety of classes to choose from Zumba, spinning, yoga, cardio and sculpt,body sculpting, and a new barbell one, etc. The H.I.T.T classes are extra charge . They also have the Silver sneakers at no charge for seniors under the insurance plan . The facilities are super clean and upgraded.. There are lockers to use on a daily basis only. They also have showers and a separate changing room to use . I have seen the cleaning staff come in all of the time when I leave the gym. It always smells nice and clean. The equipment and room are always being cleaned at the end of the night as I see them begin 15 minutes before closing . There are spray bottles and paper towels available to wipe down the equipment should you choose to do so . Many members do this so they are always clean . If there is ever an issue that one is not clean, such as, sweat being left behind, the staff takes care of it immediately when informed . There is a water fountain if needed but they also have a vending machine to purchase drinks and snacks too. The staff is always friendly and helpful . All in all, I love coming to this gym.

Tonight I came to try their adult Zumba class. I'd been talking to Ariel W about it after hearing that she came here. Ariel was nice enough to get all the information for me and we arranged to meet a bit early so we could walk in together. At the check in desk, I explained that I was a guest and "first timer". I signed in and filled out a waiver. By then it was on to the class. Turns out that have a fully equipped gym here and offer all sorts of classes and even personal trainers. There is a schedule of events and classes by the check in desk. Woohoo! They let me try my first class for free. What a nice surprise. The class began promptly at 7:30 and ran the entire hour. Thank goodness I was able to pull from my vague memory of past dance classes as the pace was pretty fast. Had a few good laughs at myself trying to follow along and keep up. Sometime I had no idea what was going on; but It was still a lot of fun. The other people in the class seemed very nice. The instructor even stopped by afterwards as we were chatting to welcome me to class. Thank you Ariel for making this happen. It's so much more motivating and a lot more enjoyable when you have someone else working along with you. Now if I can still walk tomorrow, I may even come back next week..

Every time a weight hit the floor I would get an evil stare and then eventually got reprimanded. It's gym not a museum right lol? And no I wasn't throwing weights around being disrespectful. I was down in Florida in July 2025 for 2 1/2 weeks and wanted to try this place because it was new. So I bought a one month membership for myself and my wife and then asked to freeze the account until we come back down to Florida since we live in New Jersey. We did everything through a gentlemen named Mac who understood our situation that we wouldn't be coming back down until the next year. I got billed the next month accidentally and he refunded me and apologized. At that time I asked him to take my card off file. Fast forward to January and I've been getting billed the last 3 months after several phone calls with the owner and emails sent without a response. Today was the last straw as I called AGAIN to have my card removed and to be refunded. I mentioned that I'm going to have my bank reverse the charges and he started calling me a jack ass and saying why don't I come and say this to his face because he felt "threatened" and will sue me if I do it. I can't say enough awful things about the people here except for Mac who actually doesn't even work there anymore probably because he was nice. The fact that I asked several times for the card to be taken off file and it hasn't been is severely alarming. Anyone that is traveling and thinking about Joining beware. They told me something completely different than what the contract said. Stupid me for taking their word for it and not reviewing the contract. Not keeping your word says a lot about a business. You can have a very large class size and don't feel like you're on top of each other. The coaches are super friendly and they are attentive to every customer. They keep an eye on every client's performance and makes sure you follow correct posture and form throughout the workouts. This is a big deal to me cause if you don't do these types of workouts correctly you are susceptible to injury. HEW coaches don't lose a beat. They remember everyone's names and keep the environment upbeat and fun. This keeps me coming back for more. The location is large, clean and includes ample parking, full bathrooms with showers as well as a kid room where parents can bring their toddlers while they workout. If it weren't for the fact that my job is located down the street from HEW I would've never discovered it. Hopefully a Miami location? A girl can only hope.

Why would I get kicked out the sauna at 9pm when the sign clearly states cleaning is done from 12 AM - 2 am and a tragic thing about all of it is he didn't even start cleaning. While I still love F45's training model and the camaraderie of the people in my class, I am sorely disappointed with the turnover of the staff and trainers. Last September 2021, the gym was bought by new owners. It seemed evident from the beginning that they were more interested in profits than people. Whenever we get a great trainer, they get fired or quit. It's been a constant revolving door filled with empty promises. I go to the gym for good vibes and they're just not there anymore. PREVIOUSLY:Super friendly and knowledgable staff. The workouts are great and trainers keep you motivated and on track. Definitely never boring! I highly recommend for all fitness levels.
