His name is Joshua and he works in the hunting / firearms section of the store. Not only is this young man friendly and personable, he is a font of information! And I love there is a model railroad place inside this mall that is only open more limited hours vs full mall hours, obviously. And even a 12 screen Regal theater if you feel like seeing a movie. If you're a mall enthusiast like me, definitely visit this mall. I get the sense the owner cares about this mall. I.e. in the old Macy's wing(south wing of mall that was turned car dealer office) there was a game store that took over the former Sam Goody, and a space where groups often play bingo including during my visit.

They had just taken a pad that was close in size and slapped it on. The pad was not fitted to the buttstock, ans was not even tightened down. So not only does it look poorly done it is loose. The shotgun is old,but I would have thought they would have function tested it as it will not load the last round in the magazine. I bought this as a home defense gun and now I need to find a reputable smith to redo the pad and check the gun out for safety. Very disappointed in Gator's "Custom" Gunshop. You also need to be careful when buying there, I was looking at a Charter Arms revolver which said .32 mag on the tag and was assured by the younger "gunsmith" that it is a .327 mag. It turns out that it is a .32 H&R mag! A much softer and totally different round. So either he does not know what he is talking about, or just doesn't give a s&*t! If you go there talk to Mike. He seems to know what he is talking about and if he doesn't he will tell you. As far as gun work, look elsewhere.

We have gone through the proper channels for repairs twice. Each time, it takes at least two weeks for the repair company to come out, four to six weeks to receive the part, then another two weeks to come install the new part that still doesn't solve the problem. We have called the store on several occasions to make them aware of the problems. Lynn proved to be ineffective and rude. Today I visited the store to talk to Mike, the owner. I asked for some resolution to our problem. I didn't expect a refund, just thought maybe he could help us with a replacement until we have a working oven. He called me "a nut job" and threaten to call the police if I didn't leave the store. Yes, I was angry. I explained that he would be angry in my situation too. He walked in his office and shut the door. I left his store and I will never step foot in there again. I advise you do the same.

So based upon my opinion as a consumer looking for a decent selection with great prices, I would rank this place on the extreme low end of the spectrum of the pawn shops in the area. (see my other pawn reviews). This place was very cluttered, with a vast selection of everything. Store was pretty filthy and employees were abundant but inattentive. Weak selection of DVDs and prices a bit higher than their competitors. Many of the DVDs were of poor quality as well. We won't be back.
