Executive members are allowed to enter an hour earlier than regular members. I was there at 9 am today and surprised to see the parking lot was already filling up. I had something to return and there was already a line out the door. Some members are oblivious to others and leave their carts in the middle of the aisle as they look at an item. I don't find this occurring as much at other Costco locations.

Parking is really easy and not congested like the location on Artesia Blvd. The produce is really fresh and prices are reasonable. The prime steaks are good quality, and if you are there early enough, there are mark downs if expiration dates are near. The Membership Counter is on the right as you enter, however, they could use more staff in that department. There's usually just 1 person processing returns.

I love to cook & I see all the possibilities of the items to make life easier or more efficient here. My santoku is starting to become dull & needs sharpening. I couldn't my favorite chef 's knife (the whole knife block cannot be found!) Hubby found a chefs knife & he got me the sharpener. I told him I wanted to get the stone/honing block but he opted for the metal kind. The staff are super helpful & answered our questions. There so many "toys" I wanted to buy but I must resist the urge to amass more "clutter" (that's what Hubby calls it, but he reaps the benefit when he eats what I cook). I still need a dumpling rolling pin, but they only have standard types at this location. Aisles are fairly spacious & inventory appears well stocked, neatly arranged & sorted. Prices are fair & marked accordingly. It has its own designated free parking lot. Good shopping trip, met our goals.

While leaving the premises, the employee--woman name Ravan--completed the receipt check. Rather than handing the receipt back to me with basic courtesy or respect, she discarded it directly (throwing my receipt) onto the ground, that I had to pick it up when she was supposed to pick it up after throwing it down to me. Her unacceptable action was dismissive, disrespectful, and completely unbefitting of someone representing your establishment. This kind of behavior creates a hostile and degrading environment for customers. I expect a prompt review of this incident and appropriate retraining or disciplinary action to ensure other patrons are not subjected to such disgusting customer service in the future. I'd like to take this to headquarters. Let the CEO know to train that employee much better. She is absolutely horrendous.

The 15-year-old ring was showing a lot of wear and tear, with three missing stones. After inspecting the ring, Sam the owner was confident he could restore it to its original condition and offered a very reasonable estimate. The ring was ready in 6 days. When I came in to pick it up, Sam had an almost excited look on his face as he prepared me for the big reveal. You could tell how proud he was with the final product. As he took the ring out of the bag, my face lit up - I could not believe how beautiful it was. It genuinely looked every bit as good as the day I had bought it. The missing stones were replaced, all the settings were inspected and reinforced, and the gold and diamonds were cleaned and polished. I give my strongest endorsement to Modern Jewelers.
