One of the best salons in Indy. I used to come here for my hair appointment, then had to relocate for a few years, and haven't been back since then. The quality and vibe of the salon are great, the owner is visible and greets the customers. My hairstylist was Caroline she's amazing! This salon is wonderful! The place itself is very beautiful and my temperature was taken upon entering the salon. My hair-colorist was Amanda and she did an amazing job on my hair. I had booked the appointment at 5:30, and I ended up staying past closing time since my hair is thick and the dyeing process took a while. Lilli is fantastic! She listens, works hard to make the experience exceptional and is oh so talented - especially with short haircuts! I saw a woman's hair in Keystone Mall, asked her who was the artist and got referred to Lilli. I drive all the way from Bloomington because she is well worth it. I moved to Indy 2 years ago and was extremely nervous about finding a new hair salon. I would travel home to get my hair done as my old stylist was the only one who could get it right. Finally I decided to give it a shot finding a local stylist and Atelier hit it out of the park. They were so friendly, made it very easy to schedule, and Amanda did an amazing job!! I came in a little anxious because it was my first time at a salon but the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The receptionist was very kind and everything looked very clean. My stylist was very attentive and listened to what I was looking for. 3.5/5 star. It's taken me a while to write this review because I had some mixed feelings... I arrived and had to wait for my stylist for a while. If she was running behind, I should have been informed because I could have went out and got something to eat and come back. When I was seated, stylist went over why I was here, what I wanted, etc. I showed her the photo that I have found on their Instagram. My hair was washed but felt that she only focused washing my frontal area instead of my back side of my head. Didn't feel very refreshing after the wash. Now the haircut. She was focused and didn't talk much. Which I liked. She did well with cutting my hair and making sure it looked like the picture I showed her. However, I felt that she only focused on how it looked from the front, and not the back. Like the back side was an afterthought. This is what kept noticing after few weeks. Also, my hair has been keep flaring out. This something I have never experienced after the cut and hopefully it will stay down as my hair grows. I don't know if this is western thing but she wanted me to stand up to cut my hair. Not for a while or anything but I thought this was very odd... Other salons that I have been to never asked for this. Which made me think, maybe she messed up? I would not recommend this place for the price i paid for a haircut. read more

I have been going here for several years now. I followed Lauren from her previous solo loft. I would happily follow her anywhere, but thankfully she has this wonderful salon now. This salon is amazing. The experience at the salon from the greeting at the front desk (shout out to Alli for being the sweetest) to the decor and general vibe is on point. I have had the pleasure of having services from other members of the salon staff. They all take care to make sure you are getting your dream hair. From the minute I walked in the door, the energy was high and it really felt like the staff enjoyed one another. There was good energy buzzing throughout the space. I was quickly greeted and offered and snack and drink and I was ushered back on time. The cut was thorough and down to business - cherry on top? A scalp and neck massage. I was lucky enough to be paired with Lianna who unbeknownst to me, is a curl expert and nailed my haircut. I'll definitely be booking with her for my next hair cut. It was such a joy to see my hair "alive" again. Thank you so much!

The vibes in this places are ah-mazing. Plants and unique decor fill the room, & every staff member there was so kind and welcoming. I waited a few short minutes and Meg started my session. Meg was so nice and easy to talk to. & you can tell she knows what she's doing. I felt like I had known her for years even though it was our first time meeting. After a couple relaxing hours, Meg worked MAGIC on my hair. She gave me exactly what I wanted. I am so obsessed & I feel like such a bad bitty!! I will definitely be coming back in a couple months. Overall the color, cut & blowout was $210 and worth every penny!
