My best friend and I were going to a retreat at Mago. Upon arrival at the Phoenix airport we were picked up by the shuttle and taken directly to Mago. Even though it was a 2 hour drive, it flew by because they were so interactive. We heard history of the area as well as new building projects were pointed out. This didn't feel like a paid service, it felt like traveling with family. After our retreat at Mago was over, we treated ourselves to their private tour of the Sedona area. This was absolutely amazing! We've been to Sedona before but it wasn't a great trip so this was our redemption trip and we surely got that. We were driven around to places we had no idea existed and felt like royalty. We were listened to and every need was met with a smile. I will always schedule my transport needs with them when in the Phoenix/Sedona area in the future. They are absolutely the best of the best in my opinion and I am difficult to please at times.

Kenny knocked it out of the park he was able to get a driver the exact car my daughter wanted for Prom. My only reason for giving 4 Stars was the driver, he was professional but my daughter said he's driving was "questionable" at times. I did think that $500 for 6hrs was a bit pricey. I was just happy that my daughter and her friends didn't have to have a parent driving them to dinner and the venue on Prom night. I would definitely use Kenny again but maybe negotiate the price.

I have loved cars all my life and decided that as someone in his "golden years", I wanted to…read morepurchase what would be my "dream car". As a 70 year old, this was by far the most expensive car I have ever purchased, and quite possibly at my age, the LAST car I will ever purchase. I scoured the country to find that dream car and I found THE one and only one in the entire country in the right combination of colors and options at a dealer in NC. So, in April 2021 I arranged to purchase that brand new $75K+ car that included $1,275 for shipping. Affordable Quality Transport (AQT) of Phoenix, AZ was hired by that dealer to transport my car to me in AZ. On May 1, I met the AQT driver to take possession of my brand new car. As I viewed my new car for the first time on the upper level of the car carrier, the driver, Patrick Murray, admitted to me that he had driven through "tornadic" winds as he was hauling it to AZ and that my car now had a badly damaged windshield. In an attempt to avoid responsibility for the damage Mr. Murray showed me a clause in his contract that he claimed exonerated him from having to pay for any damage he had not directly caused. Interestingly, Mr. Murray had also agreed to a contract with the shipper that in part reads, "Carrier represents and warrants that it shall be liable to the owner of the goods for all losses, delays, destructions, thefts, damage or liability of any kind arising out of the transportation of any and all freight arranged by the broker..." It looks like AQT IS responsible. Mr. Murray further stated that it was the dealer's fault for being so cheap as to not send the car in an enclosed trailer. However, based on his logic, should he not have then refused to haul the car if he felt he could not do so without damaging it? Very regrettably, the windshield was so extremely damaged, the car was declared unsafe to drive by an auto glass replacement company. Therefore my brand new inoperable vehicle had to sit in my garage for 7 full weeks to await the arrival of the new windshield from overseas. Meanwhile I had to make car payments and insurance payments for the privilege of "visiting" my car and dusting it off in the garage for those 7 weeks. And then to add insult to injury Mr. Murray hired a legal representative because he claimed he hadn't been paid. In a letter dated June 22, his lawyer wrote to me claiming a "Past-Due Balance in the Principal amount of $1,275.00" and demanded that I pay this amount for shipping. Both the law firm and Mr. Murray once again seemed to ignore the terms of his contract that clearly states, "Company owes carrier: $1275.00". I am not "Company". Despite that fact they decided to make a spurious claim against me to try to shift a debt to me that was not mine. It should be noted that neither AQT nor AQT's dishonorable law firm ever once asked me if I had already paid the shipping cost. A conscientious and ethical law firm should do thorough investigating of the veracity of a client's claim before issuing threatening letters to innocent victims. Instead of spending money hiring lawyers to harass his paying customers, perhaps Mr. Murray should invest his money and efforts to find ways to safeguard and protect the vehicles he has agreed to transport. Then he wouldn't have any problem collecting his shipping fees. I have several questions and/or suggestions for AQT: 1. Why does he not carry insurance to cover such damage to vehicles in his possession? 2. Why did he not pull over and stop under an overpass or find some other protection during this "tornadic' storm that he continued to drive through? 3. Why does he not provide padded car covers, at least for the newer, pristine and/or more expensive cars? 4. Why did he put my expensive brand new car on the high second level of the carrier where every flying object for 2,100 miles could hit my car? 5. Why did he not place it instead on the lower deck behind the cab of his truck where it could possibly have been provided at least a modicum of protection? I exceedingly resent the time and energy I have had to waste to rebut AQT and its lawyer's false assertions. I also feel that law firm has made malicious claims that impugn my character by repeatedly making invalid claims of debt against me. For these reasons I actually give AQT 1 star, not the two I was forced to choose by Yelp, for extremely poor performance and lack of taking responsibility, for an absence of concern for other people's property, and for negligence in judgement. Mr. Murray and his company have shown little regard for me, his paying customer, and for my vehicle and my monetary investment in it. So, if you want this type of disreputable service and treatment from your auto transporter, then AQT and Mr. Murray are your ticket. In my opinion, a better interpretation of the acronym AQT, "Affordable Quality Transport" would be "Abysmal Questionable Transport".
