Ultimately contacted Tiger Plumbing and spoke with owner Tony B. Told Tony my issue and he immediately offered to send a very professional Technician named Junior to assess my plumbing problem. Both Tony and Junior resolved my plumbing issue professionally and in a timely manner. They have earned my future business. Definitely 5 Star Service!

Called Tiger Plumbing and as soon as I told Tony that we did not have any hot water and the water heater was making banging sounds, he scheduled an immediate appointment. Since the water heater was old, it was best to replace and it was up and running in 24 hours. Follow up on Tiger Plumbing's behalf, is nothing short of amazing. Tony wanted to make sure everything was working and all good. Not only that follow-up but he said he would check in a couple of weeks to make sure all was ok. Again, unbelievable service...and we have hot water! PS. Just looked at his business card and it says Commercial, Residential and General Plumbing Repairs including faucets, showers, toilets, drain cleaning, main line stoppages, etc. etc.

We added the Halo whole house filter to clean the water. It is not a water softener but it makes the water so nice and drinkable. You can water your plants with it also. Had a clogged toilet that wasn't fixed with a 6' toilet auger. Called Iron Mtn at 10am and someone…read morewas here before noon. James and Ty arrived and I explained the problem with the toilet. They used a camera to check the pipes. This one was a little tricky because the toilet drain pipe had a lot of 90 deg turns at the beginning. The camera showed gunk clogging up the pipe. In this case, they had to cut a hole in the wall to access the vent pipe to cut into it and put in a tee fitting to give better access to the drain lines. They hydro-jetted the pipes, first passes with a stronger pressure head, followed by several passes with a smaller head. They then stuck the camera back in and showed that the lines were clear. Since they had the camera in, James snaked it all the way to the front of the house where it meets the city sewer line, just to make sure there were no other blockages. James and Ty were very nice and friendly. They answered my questions as they did their work, and let me see the camera video as they did it. They laid plastic sheeting along the path through the house to protect it as they were using a hose run from a pressure washer in the driveway to the bathroom in the middle of the house. They always used shoe covers and cleaned up everything when they were done. James also texted me the camera video of the pipes before and after the hydro-jetting for my records. Price-wise, I don't know how good of a value it was, since they were the first plumbing company I contacted for this problem, based on their good yelp reviews, but since they came within a couple of hours and I really needed it to get unclogged, I went with them. I am very satisfied with their service. Will definitely use Iron Mtn in the future for my plumbing needs.

He was punctual and personable, performed all the repairs and installations skillfully based on his deep knowledge and experience, and left things very clean and tidy. And his price was unbeatable. One thing I've learned about Yelp and Google and other review sites is that some businesses have learned how to game the system and offer incentives or strong pushes or automatic systems to try to squeeze as many positive reviews from their customers as possible, and I've been burned in the past by vendors like this who had hundreds of 5-star reviews but ended up doing shoddy work. But Mark and Fair Deal Plumbing is honest and doesn't do all this stuff to get a bunch of reviews, and so might be a little harder to find on these sites, but is well worth seeking out because he's the real deal.

I had a really great experience with Pro-Connect Plumbing, and I wanted to recognize the…read moreoutstanding customer service I received. Robert arrived right on time and immediately put me at ease. He was extremely personable, understanding, and genuinely compassionate. After seeing the condition of my water heater, he carefully assessed the situation to determine if there was any way to save it. Unfortunately, it had reached the end of its life and needed to be replaced. Since it was Friday morning, Robert went above and beyond by asking my home warranty company if they could expedite the authorization so I wouldn't have to go the entire weekend without hot water. When the warranty company asked if he could simply provide the replacement tank himself, he was completely honest and reminded them that doing so would likely cost them more. I really appreciated his integrity. He promptly sent them everything they needed, including photos and videos, to help move the approval process along. Throughout the visit, Robert took the time to explain exactly what was happening, what to expect next, and answered all of my questions before he left. Thankfully, the replacement was approved the same day. The Pro-Connect office staff was just as impressive. They kept me informed every step of the way, letting me know when the authorization was received, explaining that the warranty company would issue a purchase order to Lowe's, and walking me through the pickup and installation process. They even let me know that Robert was finishing another job in La Mirada but had made arrangements in his schedule so he could return the same day to install my new water heater instead of making me wait until after the weekend. Sure enough, Robert came back later that afternoon with the same positive attitude and a smile on his face, even after what had obviously been a long day. He introduced me to Carlos, who delivered the new water heater, and Carlos was also friendly and pleasant. Once the installation was complete, Robert never made me feel rushed. He took the time to walk me through everything he had done, explained the new parts that were installed, showed me the new tank, and talked to me about the safety features to help me feel at ease. From beginning to end, this was one of the best service experiences I've had. Everyone at Pro-Connect Plumbing was professional, honest, communicative, and truly cared about taking care of their customer. I can't thank Robert and the office staff (also Carlos) enough for going above and beyond. I would highly recommend Pro-Connect Plumbing to anyone who needs reliable, trustworthy, and exceptional service.

I called him regarding a slow flushing toilet, and he shared what I thought was an outlandish theory over the phone. Still, he was one of very few who took the time to explain, ask questions, and provide a possible answer. Most plumbers would probably just hurry to make an appointment to charge for their visit. He took his time to do all of this. When he came out, he was courteous, on time, and communicative about his arrival time. He explained what needed to be done, went above and beyond in explaining the issue he found to this curious customer, and confirmed that the "outlandish" theory he had was actually correct. Pretty cool. Honestly, I have no idea whether the price he charged was the best out there - but I will tell you that it was fair, and that's all I can really ask for. He was out here for a good while, doing a thorough job, and instead of shortcutting the last step, wanted to do it right by sending someone back the next day.
