Had a slab leak and the first 2 plumbers quoted me about the same price. My wife said she knew a plumber from a lady at church so I called them. About 25% less for the exact same work as the other two companies. They understood our problem (that we had no hot/running water), and shuffled some jobs I think and were out here the next day. Huge crew, all very professional and knocked it out. Full re-pipe job for the whole house done in 6 hours. Came back the next day to patch all the holes. My homeowners insurance was up for renewal, but they required me to install a Moen Flo device. It's a $800 device, including a Moen certified "licensed" plumber. This "plumber" did such horrible work, that i had a minor leak within days. From the water leak, the Moen device died. Moen's contracted plumber said " if you're not satisfied, call us and we'll make it right." I'm not an idiot, (well, most of the time) so I decided to call a real licensed plumber. We had three bathroom sinks and new faucets installed. Our three sinks were under mount and had to be cut out to install the top mount sinks. We had Wolf Plumbing come and remove the three faucets and drains, then, had them come back out to install the new faucets after the sinks were installed. Last Friday the gas company detected a leak in one of my outside pipes. From several recommendations I called Wolf Plumbing and so happy I did. Robbie (owner) promptly came and found the leak immediately. Because it was late in the day we decided to finish the job the next day. Robbie showed me the pipe he cut along with where the gas was leaking. The pipe was buried in dirt on the side of my house. After replacing the pipe Robbie left the area completely clean replacing the dirt making everything look better than before. I cannot thank him enough for his service and professionalism. We have had a shower faucet slowly leaking and have had several bids- all said they could not do the job to salvage the existing faucets and recommended opening a wall behind our shower to replace the entire faucet unit. We were then referred to Robbie who is the owner of Wolf Plumbing and a Anaheim Hills local. He answered promptly, arrived within days and when expected. Most importantly, he was able to repair our leak and salvage an existing fixture, saving hundreds by avoid a costly drywall and shower wall tile repair. I found Robert Richens -Wolf Plumbing on my local community Facebook page a few years ago, based on the positive reviews, to install a new water heater at our home. He was responsive, reasonably priced, and on time. He also brought the new water heater with him which saved us time. Last year he installed a water heater and garbage disposal at my elderly parent's home. Again he was responsive, on time, and beyond respectful. Fast forward to this week, I contacted Robbie after hrs, pouring rain, rush hour traffic to fix a leak in my parents bathroom and he immediately came out. He is so kind and patient with my dad.
