I purchased a high-end desk chair which developed a nasty squeak about two months after I bought it. They had to get approval from their home office to replace it, which took about 10 days, but the authorization came through. They replaced it with another used chair of the same model, but no squeak. I have had no problems with the chair since this replacement. Four stars instead of five because of the complicated replacement process.

Spencer, the Manager (and co-owner) was extremely patient with me, and had me try a bunch of chairs and advised me on the plus/minus of each one, and helped me find one that was best-suited (ergonomically) for my very sensitive back.
