They had to get approval from their home office to replace it, which took about 10 days, but the authorization came through. They replaced it with another used chair of the same model, but no squeak. I have had no problems with the chair since this replacement. Four stars instead of five because of the complicated replacement process.

Their customer service was terrible. I was literally accused of prying the cabinet open hence the damage. I submitted pictures of the damaged cabinet and said that the cabinet is in a private office in a secured building and no prying was done. After numerous emails exchanged they would not accept my request for credit or exchange. They did not accept responsibility that it could be defective work or poor quality control. It was very frustrating.

Spencer, the Manager (and co-owner) was extremely patient with me, and had me try a bunch of chairs and advised me on the plus/minus of each one, and helped me find one that was best-suited (ergonomically) for my very sensitive back. He knew I was ready to pay more and could have charged me way more, but did not - I had not expected to find such honesty, amazing customer service and, product selection in this day and age.
