This was my first time visiting this at home location, I usually frequent the one in Midlothian. They are very similar but I think this one might be slightly bigger. I came in here looking for ideas for the spring/summer and boy they didn't disappoint. A lot of items were also 25% to 50% off which help a lot. Great store. They have EVERYTHING for decorating a home. Well, except everyone bought up all the good runner rugs haha. Perfect place for all kinds of wall hangings , not to mention the gazillion other home decor and functional items . Good prices and if you join the club, which is free, you can get coupons. This store is very clean and well organized, probably better than the midlo store. Nice staff too. Looking forward to going back. read more

I had no idea that this place that was formerly a Garden Ridge is now an At Home store. I was searching for some outdoor patio furniture and thought this might be a good place to try. They certainly have everything you can possibly need inside and outside your home. I saw many things that I could use .. chairs. planter pots, candles, bedding, rugs and so much home decor I cant even mention it all. I didnt find what I was looking for as far as patio furniture but I did certainly find other things I could use for my home after I finish creating my deck. This store is a huge disappointment. I miss Garden Ridge! This store is always a mess or empty. Nothing seems organized. But mainly they just don't ever to seem to have enough product. For such a huge building you would think corporate would want to utilize all that space. Boring, I think I will shop elsewhere from now on. read more

The customer service was impeccable upon entering. Service associates took me to where I needed to go. However, upon checking out the line was ridiculously long and the checkers were so slow . I will never come to this location again, I was only over here because my part time job is over here. I will go to the one over at Chesterfield towne center like the first time where I didn't have these problems. read more

I seriously love At Home! The store is huge reminds me of its days as Garden Ridge. The Sandston location is yes isn't as stocked as the Chesterfield Towne Center location, but at least this store is in a less busy area. I always find this store peaceful and it can also get you in trouble in terms of spending too much lol. But I will agree with the previous reviews that the store isn't as stocked as other locations. I always love coming to this store and they've got a great selection of items to choose from despite some of them being a little steep. I'd say you could find some good deals here, but you'd have to really take your time to look. read more

Sorry, I just can't get into it. 3 stars for the affordable selection of knick knacks, mirrors, towels, picture frames etc. they lose stars though on quality and price. Their quality is less than target but priced at ikea level or higher. Very stylish and they have a great diversity of options but with no real sales I rarely visit. Great for finding things for a quick party decoration emergency or a show house but other than that it's a pass... read more

I'm not very familiar with the Garden Ridge / At Home brand... just getting to know them. This store isn't as well-stocked or organized like the Chesterfield Towne Center store. There seems to be a lot more on sale/clearance, however. They don't seem to have as much selection as the southside store, either. read more

Do you need furniture to make your pad industrial rustic chic? This place has everything, EVERYTHING you would need to accomplish this. I walked in and found five things I hadn't known existed but now can no longer live without. The prices are reasonable, the staff sadly were few and far between. The sheer variety of items. Happy to see Garden Ridge back. Unfortunately their lack of employees makes for a bad experience. It's getting close to X-Mas I'm hoping their hiring more cashiers and floor help otherwise I will have to bypass Garden Ridge. Still have high hopes that there will be improvement. read more

This past weekend was the first and last time I will ever go to At Home! Was not impressed! The store lacked product and personality. Its sad, I loved going to Garden Ridge. This garden ridge is not at it's best. It very understaffed and there are a lot of bare shelves. The management is sub par when it comes to customer service. The few things I like about the store are the pillows, rugs, and kitchen ware. I remember it before it closed, it had everything you could ever want. Sadly now it is lagging in product. I don't like the transition from home and craft store to just a home goods store. It's really disappointing. The atmosphere is depressing. read more

My fiance and I went to the Garden Ridge store at 401 international centre drive, sandston, VA 23150 on 11/24 to buy a box spring, taking a vehicle we thought it would fit in. Being that we've been there many times to buy large items and I'm disabled and use a wheelchair we had planned on getting an employee to help load it. The most help we received from anyone working there was what we thought was a stockboy who as it turns out was the Manager Joey who looked like a 15 yr old who just rolled out of bed ponytail hair and all telling us very rudely how to get it out the door on the cart. Once we got out to our van and receiving ZERO help from any employee a gentleman attempted to help my fiance get it in the van. The box spring would just barely not fit. Nothing worked so we then asked an employee about returning it and she said to get back in line. Once we got to a register which was the same lady who said to get in line, then said they don't accept returns. The cashier then called up the manager Joey who simply pointed at a sign stating no returns all sales final. I informed him that we hadn't even left the parking lot and we had no way of taking it home. He continued to tell us he couldn't help and on top of that he proceeded to say he wouldn't even hold it for 1 minute, 5 minutes, an hour or even a day. So I had to stay with it at the store while my fiance went to Lowe's to buy straps to put it on top. With the help of this wonderful guy we finally were able to put it on the roof after damaging it trying to do so. I spent $100 and wasted over an hour of our time and a military veterans time with his family too. read more
