Water fountains and list goes on...The price was cheaper than the other nursery that usually I go so it was reasonably priced...The workers were gem...So kind...They were so patient and knowledgeable...This place is one of the places that you can find CITRUS tree but you can bring out to the nursery and you need tell one of the employees to keep it for you aside (due to citrus quarantine). As you know bringing them out could spread problems like citrus greening disease or even pests to other healthy trees...So be cautious! Im happy that they had the tree so no problem to keep it aside till the shopping is done. Citrus pricing was great for example: 7 Gal was $79.99 plus tax and 15 Gal was $249.99. So great bargain. Inside, also is therapy...Gorgeous decoration and they were so selective about every piece they sell so it was an enjoyable shopping experience. Also, i love their return policy they have 1 year exchange or store policy and i attached it for review. I ended up buying lot of cute things that i didnt have plans to buy but its ended up another great selection to my little garden. There is also a big parking lot so no worries to find a place and YES its crowded bit you can manage it easily.

We inherited a Brown Jordan Patio Set that was most likely either purchased in the late 60's, early…read more70's. They were in good shape with the exception that some of the framing was getting pitted and straps were faded, but not broken. This set, including the glass table, have been outside in the sea air and all elements since they were purchased. We wanted to honor my wife's grandparents by not replacing this set. So we decided to invest in a restoration, due to how well made this set is. I found Patio Guys on Yelp and decided to use them for this project. As we were starting to wipe down the chairs, we noticed a label on one of the chair frames, which was a Patio Guys restoration logo decal. Turns out our late relative had used them before, but uncertain at what decade were they restored before. I guess it was destiny to use Patio Guys. For the strap width of what our chairs required, there was not a huge selection to choose from. So if you're looking to replace with a sunny yellow, orange or teal, you'll need to make an alternate choice. Lots of whites, creams, tans, and earthy greens to choose from. The only blue is like a Dodger blue or a forest green. So we took a leap of faith and chose turquoise. It's perfect!! We were in no hurry and quoted 4 weeks turn around time. It was more like 6 weeks, but I was anticipating more like 10 weeks. Plus we were the cause of not getting the chairs back sooner due to our schedule. The job Patio Guys has exceeding my expectations. I knew the patio set would look better than the existing condition, but I wasn't expecting a brand new condition.

At checkout, I was also told to hurry up, which felt unnecessarily rude. On my second visit, I returned a few items. During the process, she repeatedly examined each item, sighed, and showed visible frustration, which made the interaction feel awkward and unwelcoming. I understand everyone has off days, but customer-facing roles require a basic level of courtesy. I hope management takes this feedback into account.

So waited for the employee in the back to try to find the weights for the clock, he said he didn't know where they were because it's been there for a couple of months, so he's not even sure they have them. Eventually, they found them I proceeded to the register then I'm told by the manager says no mother's Day discount on this item. (I shared the story about the weights, discount she told me she's the manager and will not assist ). I asked to speak to the assistant manager and then apparently she's ALL the managers. So I'm listening to the outgoing announcements in the store, and they're here to help people and listen that, this lady was quite the opposite. I go to this Home Depot on Lake Forest at least once a month!…read more It's Getting better. The ladies at the front desk watch you as you self check out. they're either gabbing with each other, or overly observing as if I'm going to forget to ring something up! When I return something most of the time, there's a line, perhaps this is to discourage people from making returns. Whenever I bring something in, it's really hit or miss, getting assistance. There are quite a few that will really know their stuff in the hardware department or paint department, or lighting, the gardening area has been a little bit lacking from my last two visits. They always refer me to somebody there that does the plant orders, to give me feedback if they're going to get that in. And by that time, I usually go down to the local nursery. I believe the last time I was there I made four key copies, and one of them didn't have because it was two-sided something like that, and they were not cheap. I feel like this review is complicated because I've been there perhaps five times, within the last five months, so everything's coming to mind right now. Hopefully this review helps.

Calling store and asking questions would probably be a quicker method than walking in. I wasn't impressed with customer service but selection of patio furniture was nice.

They strike a really nice balance between you feeling like they're there to help but not to pressure you. We ended up working with the manager, Rob Decker, and he was great, actually everybody we interacted with was great. I also loved that we were able to buy a set of patio furniture that was made locally. The prices were better than at other stores. The quality has been great, and it's really nice that you can select a custom fabric for the same price as just the regular beige (it takes longer to get a custom color, but worth it). We also got an umbrella and was surprised at how good the quality was. Delivery was on the outer end of what they thought it might take, but still within the schedule. The guys that delivered it were terrific and we are really thrilled with our purchase. We're planning to go back and get another couple of umbrellas.
